    I'm not an expert on this, but how would you merge them seamlessly? When you take a prop and connect it with another prop, the textures will almost always have a sharp edge showing where they meet. I don't know any way to fix it other than blending the two textures of the prop together in the area they meet. But then again, I don't even know much about this apart from the Warband scene editor so if there is a way, please explain it to me. It would be educational for me, and possibly others.
    It's a little visual error. This game is a work in progress.

    ALSO:

    Who thinks there should be a Taleworlds forum based competition where the prize is designing/naming/creating one of the companions for the game?!

    Something along the lines of: 'Come up with the best character idea.......and see them come to life!'

    You have to create an image, backstory, name and other details for your character and the best one (community voted) wins!

    I think those are just two separate wall props put together to form a longer wall so that's why they don't match. I don't think that can be prevented.

    This just gets me mad. You shouldn't be evaluating the visuals if you can't tell the difference between Warband Mod quality and the quality of what was shown to us.

    With this I can agree! Currently I have everything pretty decent and recently upgraded except for my video card. I'll need to get a new one someday.

    . You're mad because you disagree with my opinion about the look of the game? Sure I appreciate some of the newer aspects and I assume stuff is missing from that photo (as others have mentioned the bump mapping on the floor for example which is probably due to the editors not very fancy shaders), but I cant lie to myself it looks VERY similar to the old M&B. Would hope to (and expect to in the future) see more graphical improvements.

    Obviously gameplay, storyline and background are out of the picture for discussion at the monet as we have nothing to go on as of yet. Very excited for when we do!

    Right let's talk assets for a moment here.

    1. The only models with decent texture quality are the food/bags of grain etc (arguably one of the least important visual parts of M&B?)
    2. The straw texture on top of those stands is horrible!
    3. The textures joining the walls dont match so look weird.
    4. I like the aesthetic of the buildings, but the quality looks like that of a Warband mod, not that of an up coming game, years in development.
    5. The floor quality looks the same as WB.
    6. Generally disappointed with environment graphics (trees and grass etc) I mean think of Crysis (a strange comparison I know), but that had some amazing floor textures and use of 'bumpy' floors (

    . Im making this comparison because that game is OVER 6 YEARS OLD!, if this game boasts about DX11 usage I want to see some evidence of it!
    6. The mountain in the background looks okayy.... but not fantastic. I mean its an improvement but it still okks at odds with the rest of the 'real' stuff. Like a photograph of a real mountain just stuck into the background.

    I know it sounds like I'm just posting a load of whining here, but Im not. I have tons of positive vibes for the game and am very glad they are sticking to the same themes that M&B has always had (I've been whiling my hours away pillaging Swadian towns since M&B1). I really love what Taleworlds have done with the series so far and know they will do right by us (the players). Just wanted to chuck in my two pennies.

    If you take steams survey of average PC specs you will see that most people will be fine to run Bannerlord.

    One thing a re-install will not fix is corrupted configuration files. You'll need to delete those manually for the game to re-create them. This has helped some folks with crashes in the past.

    When I saw them I thought you must of stolen them from somewhere else at first! If the mod can achieve that level of detail the whole way through, then its going to be amazing. keep it up Dan :grin:
