    You're right. I was trying to tell the developers about the discrepancy. They replied that they are advised by a Professor-historian from England. All on their conscience.

    Substance painter works with a Physically Based Render. It's not for Warband. It's for Bannerlord.

    fifty-fifty. Large folds of the modeled geometry. Small pleats baked normal map.

    I think his mistake is that he imports the model in the OBJ format. Substance works correctly only with the FBX format.

    Probably your problem is smoothing groups. Try to do a hard edge on the border of UV. Then re-bake maps.
