Hi,
I'm currently at war with the Western Empire, and after we killed their biggest parties and armies they started frantically recruiting new clans and now the region where the war is going on is filled with small parties. A LOT of small parties.
I want a good honor so I'm not killing the...
So to expand on this. They aren't missing food. I've discovered that Your food is zeroed out. Example: I had ~400 food pre patch. After patch I have zero. I tried to sell food back then repurchase it to try a reset. My food stayed at zero but I noticed my Army's food went to negative ~300. Bought back my food. Everything zeroed out. Rode to the nearest village. Food went up from there.
not all of your saves! just the latest one.. of course you can load an older one that still works but you loose a lot of progress and at some point it happens again!
Alright thanks ! Maybe my previous message wasn't that clear, that's what I wanted to know haha. So making incremental saves can help not loosing that much progress. But still, needs to be fixed quickly.
Thank you for clarifying the concept of saving and loading. Still don't know if all savefiles get corrupted or just one though. But because it seems so frustrating I guess it's all the savefiles.
you clearly did not read the head of the topic! its not saving that causes it - its the LOADING matey! you can create 10k saves it does not matter! but as soon as you load in for the 45th time your file gets corrupted!
My bad, but head of the topic isn't clear either, it could be loading 45 times period, or loading 45 times the same savefile (What I understood). Does it corrupt all the savefiles after 45 loadings ? Or just the one you loaded at that point ?
Again, considering the current status of the game, make incremental saves, make a new one every hour or two. It'll save you a lot of trouble. Overwrite a few times then make a new save.
No you're not, I've seen a few. Maybe they didn't change usernames of people with few messages, to prevent a thousand bug reports. I don't have that many messages though so I'm not sure.
There's still some stuttering when objects are loading but overall I can finally fight in battle almost properly. I'm on Very High in the Overall settings. Maybe the 8Gb of RAM are still a problem in the current state of development. You can try checking your RAM consumption in the performance tab of the windows task manager during play. Am i the only one with this User database bug? (see Spoiler)
Every user in the entire forum (only inside threads) is replaced by a random user (mostly such RP user -> Lady Dulua etc.) -> like in the screenshot -> Outside like topics or last post etc. i see the original names and avatars.
I have the problem with every browser and also on my other devices - so it has something to do with my account. I got this problem since today.
My own user is also replaced by a random after posting something.
I passed it. I'm not really sure what I did different though. Talked to both, cleared one hideout, then the other (Arzagos' second). Granted, this was before 1.0.1, so maybe something in 1.0.1 broke it?
Go to ...\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs, open engine_config.txt, and change the line "cheat_mode = 0" to "cheat_mode = 1", save, start the game and voilà.
I'm already at Very High for Texture Streaming Budget. I tried various overall quality presets too, it doesn't change anything, so I don't think GPU is the problem. Thing is, my CPU is never at 100%, neither is my RAM.
Yes I had the same problem, can't remember the guy's name as I kicked him out of the clan after some time. Sent him on a quest and he never came back, his Clan status being "HOLDING", in caps lock, unlike other companions the were actually "Holding". I checked the location the encyclopedia gave me about him, nowhere to be found. Farewell fellow companion. He was a crook though so I won't miss him.
I have 16Gb of RAM and battles are barely playable for me, not sure it's the problem there. A dev told me it's probably a CPU problem, they're working on that. In the meantime, the only thing to do is wait.
