Do the game try to connect to Stream?

I'm blocked when i try to go to Stream's homepage:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/app/872990/Stream_Games/" on this server.

I read it is something they do if they get to many requests, and i have not logged on stream for months... So was thinking the lag could come from my epic client trying to connect to stream?

Guess i just wait playing for real till it goes out of alpha and beta mode.

I have ping 19 to the server.. it is not my connection..

I tried a few times to day as well. (death match pvp)

Early in the day with below 30 players, was ok. played a few games.

Tried again in the evening 50+ players
Way to laggy, restarted a few times. Gave up..
Second attempt: the game crash 3 times when trying to enter DM pvp. Remembered this tread and deleted the file.
It worked!!! i could enter the game, but after 30 sec the lag was back and impossible to play.. logged off again.

Edit: tried siege... was the same .. after 30 sec it was unplayable.
Went to play a few games of Starcraft instead

Any news on the issue? There have been a few good days, but now it is game and even the game menu lag (around 2 sec)
