The real current problem of this game in terms of balance

There are vast issues with the game and how it plays currently. I'd love to mod the game to make a unique game mode, but honestly, the game files are a mess as well, and creating your own mod isn't even self-contained when resources from Native/Mount&Blade are mandatory to be amended.

    This is what I'd have;
    - Personal relations (not clan relations)
    - Player and AI both have the same recruitment requirements (Just yesterday, I beat a guy, released him (for the relation bonus) and the second I moved, he came out of the settlement we fought next to with 83 men - you can't even get 83 recruits from a single settlement)
    - Advanced bartering that isn't locked behind trade skill level
    - Kingdom types (Not all Kingdoms of old gave regions away to lords and all paid tax to their monarchs)
    - Advanced tactics (Like assigning infantry to charge at specific infantry, ignore retreating units etc etc)
    - Clan missions/assignments (Like instructing your own members to take out hideouts, looters etc)
    - Messengers (Adding in a single unit on horse back to reach lords (which AI also have to use) to convey messages which can be intercepted and sold)
    That's a good insight too

    Heores death, why always ME?

Again, guys look at this: Me: 222 deaths 171 injured / Enemies: 741 deaths 804 injured, and I lost another general... just me! -.-

The real current problem of this game in terms of balance

In current versions you can raise a new clan from a wanderer, you just need 500 influence, a fief for them, 20k and to be a ruler. So, you can start out as just Clan at rank 4 and make a kingdom and then each new fief you get raise up a new clan, you may even accidently lose a fief and re-take it to make a new clan and you'll get a lot of influence from beating all those enemies, so in not very long you have enough field power that they make armies on thier own. I know this only addresses part of you complaint, but it is an improvement.

Yes, it's annoying how fast they recover and how oblivious your own vassals are about it. They will gladly vote to release a faction's worth of enemies for a few days peace, only to be faced with thier full force again. Using my onw character to hold many prisoners (with zero escape chance) and bull doze all the armies is the only defense, but this is ruined by the vassals wanting peace at bad times, never pushing the advantage and often even wanting peace (release massive prisoners) then voting for a new war the next day anyways.

The whole system was made to keep the AI from expanding too fast on it's own at the start of the game, but it seems really ill-suited for late game and especially for a very large faction. With many vassals and influence the AI just doesn't use the system effectively anymore. Plus you have additions like the increase in level and amount of units notables have, so the AI can bounce back even faster, but this is not reflected at all in thier peace calculations.
Raising a clan from wanderers is a great feature, one of the best so far, but this not solve the problem that the game is run by the logic of how many heroes each factions have in order to be strong. This makes everything no sense and quite pointless to play.

    Need More Info Kingdom Banner

Hey, you should always start a new campaign to see if the issue is fixed after clean install or verification. The same file will run with same problems if you dont. Please let me know if the issue is persistent on a new campaign so i can inform the devs.
The issue is already there as it happens when you create a Kingdom the banner color changes with a brown/red one and you cannot edit it anymore! But what's the point to not being able to change own Kingdom/clan banner anymore?! That's also a main issue here.

Constant Warfare in Late Game - Unplayable

Late game is too grindy and unplayable.
AI is constantly at war and there's absolutely no incentive to go and defeat enemy armies because of the way AI calculates peace declarations, the more armies you defeat the longer the war draws out.
Defeating multiple armies is also pointless since any decently-sized enemy faction will quickly rebound and come back with 1k+ armies in no time.
It's just constant battles, constant siege breaking, constant back and forth sieging of towns. Don't even get me started on multiple front wars. This is too grindy and it's not fun. The early-mid game as a mercenary or as a new lord is somewhat fun but it only gets more and more grindy from there. You can't even do quests or go back to your territories to recruit troops since allied AI armies will get wiped out or some bordering town/castle will get autosieged (For some reason enemy AI armies autosiege cities in my campaign with 0 troops loss).
    I absolutely agree.

The real current problem of this game in terms of balance

The game is not balanced at all in terms of factions strengths, I mean: it does not matter how many battles you win, if your kingdom does not have enough heroes to compose an army, you'll be always weak. This mean that the enemies never gives up because they will come back to you with giant...

    Heores death, why always ME?

Guys, it's not bad luck, again: Enemies deaths are double than mine, I won, and I lost a general. Another battle: I won with deaths rate 1:3, and I lost 2 generals! I mean, the game is not balanced. Also, when you loose so many heroes your Kingdom gets really weak and it does not matter how many battles you win anymore.

    Endless war

I could make peace with every other kingdom that way, but sturgias peace button was grayed out and not posible to click.
Alright then in this case it could be a bug

If your lords are on horseback and command a foot group, it's wise to dismount. AI on horses love getting face-2-face with the enemy..

Plus, save and reload always helps ..

    Endless war

Im now in endless war with sturgia, but its not informed anywhere that its not posible to make peace with them, the "make peace" button is just grayed out. This is confusing, and it should explain why instead of a grayed out button. "Sturgia do not want to make peace with you" should sufice.
You should be able to propose peace through the Kingdom tab, howeveryou need to spend 100 of influence. But if you're not in a Kingdom you can't do it.

    Politics, Noble titles, Government.

I always think that the big next step in this game development it would be to implement a more deep political management of the Kingdom, with new characteristic laws and type of government (Republic, Empire, Kingdom, Duchy, County etc) and also relevant novle titles like Count, Duke, King...

Which culture is most in need of armor/clothing model variety?

I like where you're going with this but I don't think the Northern Empire -- the faction lead by traditionalist oligarchs who think that things should go back to the good old days of the republic -- would be too keen on adopting barbarian flourishes in their armor. They're in the northern part of the Empire but it's hardly frigid there. The Northern Empire is likeliest to be most traditionally Calradian (but this should probably look late Roman, not republican Roman -- something that looks like a dated but immediate predecessor of the current Byzantine flavor Calradic Empire and looks very ornate with stylized echoes of more classical stuff). Late Antiquity gets rarely used in games, whereas classical Roman and Byzantine both get used all the time. I think the Northern Empire, based on the lore, would fit a Late Antique Western Empire vibe pretty well.

Wee can see existing imerial regional variation in how the imperial crowns are set up, which are currently the only regional Empire equipment.

The Northern Empire battle crown is a late antique jeweled Roman ridge helmet -- from the late Empire, but covered in jewels and likely based on crowns worn by Roman emperors or high imperial officers. The Northern Empire civilian crown is a laurel wreath, which is the traditional Calradic crown-that-is-not-a-crown worn by Calradian emperors from Arenicos back to the beginning (see the Empire's original faction blog entry). Northern Empire troops are likely closest to traditional Imperial professional legions in style, though I think they should again have a Late Antique appearance so that they look like the immediate predecessor of the current Byzantine vibe that Arenicos brought in instead of something from centuries long ago.

The Western Empire battle crown is ALSO a late antique Roman ridge helmet, but it's more simplified and lacks the jewels. The Western Empire civilian crown on the other hand, is nearly identical to the Southern Empire's civilian crown with some minor differences in the jewels. In other words, the Western Empire takes elements of both imperial tradition (Northern) and dynastic innovation (southern) but uses them in a more military fashion. Since Garios's name is based on Arenicos that makes sense. I also expect that since Garios is next to the Vlandian frontier, this is a place where geographic adoption makes sense -- the Vlandian guard being the former bodyguards of the emperor (this is an innovation of Arenicos, but Garios would likely try to imitate his military glory and proclaim he's a better heir to Arenicos than Ira is). They probably adjusted their tactics and equipment to deal with the Vlandians.

Finally, the Southern Empire's battle crown is a crowned helmet based on a Byzantine model (technically based on St. Stephen's crown from Hungary, but that is a modified Byzantine imperial princess's crown) and their civilian crown is the bottom band of the same crown (which is the most Byzantine part of it). So while the entire Calradic Empire is "Byzantine," the Southern Empire is probably the core of the Empire of Arenicos and would use the most Byzantine-style troops that he brought into play.

tl;dr: we already see regional variation in the three empires based on the design of imperial battle and civilian crowns, and based on the lore, and Imperial equipment variation should follow the same pattern of Northern Empire == Calradian republican tradition with Late Western Imperial Roman appearance, Western Empire == military innovation and adaptation, Southern Empire == the most ornate and courtly Byzantine elements. There should be some military adaptation based on the foes each empire is facing, but primarily the differences in the three Empires should be based on the personality of THOSE parts of the 3-way civil war and not just on their barbarian opponents.
I absolutely agree. Each part of the empire should reflect the Eastern or Western styles and culture. This could be reflected on type of policies and Kingdom organization too.

    Clans death

Yes, there's several things needed. 1: A bit more members, since they will lose some in battle and some will marry into other clans, 2 more children of older ages to trickle into adult hood over the first 18 years of the game. 3 MORE WOMEN and/or for rebel clans and wanderer clans to spawn female members 4 possibly some mechanic for clans that lose thier adult members to go dormant and re-emerge later when they have an adult (like the player's clan does in the story) and/or a possibility for children to go to a relative's clan or be adopted.

One little thing I've tried is to make wanderer clans from only woman wanderers, so they will marry a male and make children, this helps some what balance out the shortage of women.
True... there's any way to bring these to developers?

    Heores death, why always ME?

If you're not commanding the army, don't fight with then unless you think you really need to, AFAIK if you are commanding an army you can position them. Otherwise they will often perform poorly and get KO'd, with a 2% chance of dying. In autocalc battles they square off in a more even fashion, they can still die but it's not as certain as thier KO'd/death in live battle when they charge into enemies. What I like to do is make all horse archers and just retreat everything that isn't a horse archer if I have to fight with AI allies, or if I can't make them (I think I can) just move the HA up and kill the enemy first.

I don't like their poor performance either, I think the 2% chance is okay, but if you're creating even more situations where they fight, unfortunately it will add up to a increase in allies dying. Maybe they should add some perks to help you save your allies,
Absolutely agree... except for I HATE horse arcers ??
