So, for some reason my town income and growth fluctuates without any reason. One moment it's +11% growth, then it's a -9% growth. Then I get 200-300k of corruption, then it's nothing. Like...where's the consistency in this? I turned taxes up to extreme and then I got a +4% growth? With -9/11%...
