I have the same problem, I have top notch Computer and a Samsung TV. The effect is more visible at night or low light environmets, all the foliage, trees and grass look as it had very thin glow around when i am stopped. When I move the camera all this textures darken so when you are fighting you see flickering all the time. Incredibly annoying sometimes.

I tried other TV and the effect disappeared. It seems it's time to change the living room TV.

I have 32GB of RAM and it lags like hell, I think it's all about the CPU usage maybe because I know that it is really demanding on that.

I've done it at clan level 2 but maybe they are multiple script errors depending on what you have done before doing this quest.

I know what can cause a error in the script, If you want to make It right, I got another solution. Talk to Istiana first (Dont talk to the two quest giver before) You will probably have to do the hideout twice for Istiana and after that do a save and go see Arzagos and talk to him for the first time and take the quest, it should be fine. Try that, It works for me.

Yeah I know it can be bad but check for your cloud saves if you are on Steam there you can find all your saves if something of other nature happens with your saves or something I do is I take my native saves in the document and I place them in another folder with a name like ex:. Lughaidh Part 4 (Before purchasing a shop) or if you have to perform an important quest or make a big decision take all your saves and make a folder to put on your desktop. The more backup saves you have the better
