how to make one particular troops use lance on horseback and two handed sword on foot?? I've put those weapons on the troop using troop editor & start new game but it appears the troop only have one kind of weapon only..how to fix it?

I'm playing bandit king mode. After attacking few faction's town, my honor rating decreases to -40000. How can I improved the honor rating back??
