Yeah i realy like that idea, some scars/bandages will give a lot more brutel/realistic feel to mount and blade without being over the top gore (and maybe some bloodstaines to?)

playing it for about 3,5 years and I still love it!

that thrusting thing sounds good, hope they will implent it one day

Sounds good!
But I think that some people will hate the game if you can die!
The last 2 points are good ones, you can even make a minigame about escaping the enemy (while you're captured)
something with sneaking and running to avoid your guards or something like that, or you could kill a guard and dress like him
