Horse menavlion needs to be removed

We will remove the menavlions from the empire light cav. Also cav prices are gonna be higher in tdm and siege.
What about menavlion infantry? Will they still be able to pick a horse and swing their stick 360° killing every living being around them?

    Speed of item switching

Remember that it would also give buff to archers. They also like to swap weapons.
Increasing weapon switch speed only for infantry classes could give them a slight buff vs cavalry, and a bit of distinction as melee-focused class, because they could switch sword-spear faster. Although switching shouldn't be so fast that use of incorrect weapon goes unpunished.

Statement Regarding Plans For MP Vol.5

Any plans to implement cheering in MP anytime soon? Been waiting for it for quite a while now and it isn't even mentioned anywhere in any plans, it shouldn't be difficult either considering you already have the code and animations from SP. Any form of player to player interaction that isn't combat would be greatly appreciated by casual players that like to **** around, such as myself.
I really miss cheers and taunts from warband.

There is nothing worse than being Khuzait and using this class point system

Must really suck to have that much gold and nothing to spend it on.

Am I the only one getting a headache in the main menu?

I too had this issue, most often on startup. Now it's mostly gone since I verified game files.
Also I'm from europe so I don't think region makes a difference.
    Good luck.

Opening and closing doors in siege

I'm ok with not being able to get back in, but defenders being able to open gate while it is being rammed is really annoying because you automatically drop the ram and can't damage the door anymore.
You can just open and close the door until the ram is destroyed by rocks.

    Stone throwing in siege

Try jumping when someone throws a stone. I haven't really tested this, but I think you can't take damage from stone if you are in air.
I have seen damage indicator - 150 damage received - while in air, but I didn't die.

Jump into a game and I'm forced to play a peasant

I hate this class system, I want to join a game and have fun with the class that I enjoy not care if I'm getting enough kills to be worthy of accessing it.

New GPU - Nvidia or AMD Radeon?

Both Rx 580 and GTX 1660 are similar in terms of performance, but rx 580 requires a better power supply (8 + 6 pin on most models), while gtx 1660 requires 8 pin.
So it depends on price in your region and quality of your power supply. If price is the same I would go for GTX 1660 because of *slightly* better performance and lower power consumption (therefore less heat in your system).

Just to make clear, both these cards are way better than gtx 1060 3gb and you won't be disappointed either way.

More armor and shields, please. A lot more. Hell, let us craft armor while at that.

Instead of armor crafting, I think armor COMMISSION is a better idea.

So instead of relying on RNG for high end armor to appear in shop, you talk to the armorer, choose a piece of armor from a list and pay him to make it. You can add a wait timer to simulated the crafting time. That's the logical and historical way of obtaining high-end armors and probably don't require anything too complicated and game-breaking.

This was already a feature in Fire and Sword, I think similar commission system should exist in Bannerlord. There could be a relation and clan tier requirement for smith notable to accept an offer, maybe even with limit of item culture - vlandian smith would only accept commissions for vlandian armours.

    Small Civilian/Mercenary/Notable Parties

    +1
Even a small party of a few civilian units escorted by a pair of high tier ones (vlandian knights for example) would spice up early game and provide loot and challenges that small bandit parties and looters can't.
I really liked small knights parties in Prophesy of Pendor, they brought variety to campaign as well as battle map early on.

Beta 1.3.0 Has anyone saw high level armor in shop ?

Troops grouping UI, pre-battle setup, formation AI

    Yes please!

    4. Each troop should have formation position ratio, based on his equipment. Shields increase it the more, the bigger they are. Weapons increase it, the longer they are. Those with higher ratio should go into the first line, while those with lower should stand behind.
I'd prefer 2-handed to stay behind shielded troops while idle and only go forward in formation while formation is engaged in melee.

    5. Troops that don't move, have no enemies within melee range and don't shoot should crouch with shields up. In all formations - that's common sense.
I wouldn't like my men crouching without orders, I like to see them standing. I know it is better if they crouched more often so they are smaller targets for missiles, but this is my personal visual preference.

Siege and ranged weaponry suggestions from a professor of military history.

Terrible ideas, making a game more realistic with even more buffs to archers and armour wouldn't be fun.

1-Increase, substantially, the incline of the ground when in castle sieges. Castles were meant to be able to be held by far fewer men successfully. The terrain it was selected to be built on, heavily favored the defenders. This made approaching it on foot an extremely difficult task, let alone attempting to bring a siege tower to it.

2-Eliminate siege towers from castle sieges. Castles were often manned by a few dozen men in order to uphold the principal of economy of force. Only during dangerous times was it fully manned. Bringing a ram to its gates was an extreme under taking.

3-Ram speed substantially decrease in castle sieges (the incline of the terrain should simulate this).

You can then delete sieges form the game entirely if you want them to be impossible and boring. Rams are slow already and siege towers still leave you vulnerable because they are just 3 ladders close together.

Stamina, historically it wasn't a matter of ammunition (although certainly lords would attempt to save money) but it is physically impossible to let loose 100 arrows during a battle. Your arm wouldn't allow it.

Stamina system kills fun in Mount and Blade. I don't want my archers to sit on their arses because they fired 20 arrows and want to go home.
  19. Clausewitz123

    My opinion of the game

    Totally agree.
