I am a vassal to Sarleon and i want to get pendor nobles. Is there no way of doing this without creating my own kingdom and choosing correct culture?

Item commissioning has some oddness. Such as some item stats costs more than other stats. Strong costing more than balanced even though strong gives less stats. Might not be correct if it was strong vs balanced. I will check it again and give a precise information. That might be because commisioning uses native warband pricing for extra stats.

When i started my kingdom it was Swadian. Then i changed it myself again after a while to make sure. Some of my lords lost all their troops and recruited khergit or rhodok troops.

Would changing my culture back to swadian when it was already swadian reset the timer for my lords start recruiting swad troops? So they would recruit some more of their culture and change to my kingdom culture?

I have my own kingdom and a few lords with a few holdings. However every vassal appear to be using their own culture troops. I changed my culture to be Swadian and on kingdom management screen i set it to Uniform.

Assigned a prominent citizen as Minister but i don't have those options. Have 3 villages and i can't assing them to anyone except awarding them to any of my companions and make her/him a Lord.

Using a companion or my wife works just fine. I can dispatch emissaries, decide who takes what village and other similiar stuff. With assigning a prominent citizen you can't do these.

As an independent faction how can i offer peace or declare war? Need to talk to target faction's leader?

Also, i have Uxkhal as my only city and villages that is connected to it has no owners. Anyway i can get them for myself?

Hello! First of all i thank Windyplains for the work he put on this great mod. Can't wait for newer versions.

Here is my question: I am a Swadian vassal and ruling the town of Uxkhal. Checked the wiki for building improvements and read about "Item Commissioning". Apperantly i need a Royal Forge but can't see it on the building list. Am i doing something wrong?

TL;DR - Update your onboard sound drivers if you're experiencing stuttering/freezing in battles when the actual fighting begins (swords clanging, troops screaming, etc.).  It may improve your performance like it did for me.

It seems if you save/load too many times this happens. Doesn't matter what mod you are playing. Before a big battle re-launch your game and you will get to play real smooth.

That happens if you alt+tab the game. Warband issue, have nothing to do with the mod. Continue alt+tabing until you fix it.

I've seen it happen with arrows.

I had the same with the Sarleon. They were left only with Sarleon and 3 villages. I captured around 10 Sarleon Lords and kept them in prison still no truce. Remaining Lords gathered very little parties (20-50men) and tried to raid my prosperous villages. After 3 months going on like this they wanted to have truce.

I know they spawn little groups that patrols around. But cities spawns war parties with hundreds of men.

Sometimes cities spawn order troops like Sarleon spawns Lion Knights army to support their kingdom. Does that happens only in capitals with knighthood orders or can happen in other cities as long as it has a knighthood order.

If i create a knighthood order in one of my castles/cities then give it to a vassal, will my vassal use those troops from the knighthood order? Recruit them and get them in to his/her party? Or fief will produce order troops and can only be used for the defence of it?

There was a minimod that lets you order your troops to switch weapons. Good for to do cavalry charge with lances and make them switch to proper weapons in close range. I don't remember the mod's name but can it be possible to implement some kind of script in to PoP?

Programs don't lie, people do. You either pressed ctrl-h or ctrl-f4 in battle. Probably mashed wrong buttons while trying to press ctrl+j.
If I had a dollar for every time I've heard "I didn't do anything, honest"...

Well, i am on day 350, owning 1 city, 2 castles and 5 villages and would never risk my game for such a thing. Developed my character in to 24 charisma first, then read +1 leadership book and declared my independence for +1 leadership achievement to max out my leadership.

I was thinking if i would use ctrl in a battle for anything but yeah ctrl+j for the horse move. I might have pressed ctrl+h without realizing. And since you don't get the cheater achievement immediately after using, it would be too late to load back.

Never, ever cheated to win a battle. I am struggling here to get some qualis gems.

But yeah, probably ctrl+h. Gonna disable the cheats just to be safe from now on. Thanks.

For no reason i am getting the cheater achievement. First time i fought a battle and got that (I didn't cheat in the battle). Thought it was the battle causing it so i didn't repeat it and moved away and still got the achievement. Now out of nowhere i get it again and it is my second time. If this happens again all the achievements will be locked. I sometimes used teleport cheat on the map to look in to cities and loaded.

Btw, do you get the cheater achievement in your achievements list?
