Yeah but most of time creative people (artist) are not very much technicaly experienced
One can have great idea for a map but he cant make it because it is too difficult for him.

I bought Warband in shop too and i cant get the badge too. I think that you must buy it via taleworlds web and use that activation key which you will recieve. There is simply no support for retail merchandise i think...

This guy should look for some help...
