I believe after you installed the game and updated it to the newest version you need to place the save game file into the correct folder. This folder is saved separate from your M&B warband game folder. the default is it is placed in the My documents folder, then the m&B savegames. Just place it in the correct MOD/vanilla folder else it might not work.

That should do it.

Perhaps Taleworlds don't work over the weekend

I doubt a 128mb video card works at all, maybe for old vanilla M&B?

And do you meet min. requirements? Or recommended? As with minimum you can play but need to adjust several things. What worked for me for example is un-ticking all boxes in configuration menu. (pixel shaders i kept on, but vertical sync, textures on demand etc. are off) Also set shadows to low, rag dolls and dead bodies as low as possible all speed up the game.

I have a 2.9 gh processor, 2gb ram and 512mb video card, and struggle only when i set my troops to higher then 80. Graphics on full

Yes heard good things about PoP as well, but if you are interested in a bit different gameplay on the same map the Diplomacy mod is a great mod in my opinion. Also it will not have any effect on system requirements.

I put the amount of troops to max and had the same issue. I lowered the maximum to 80 and it is fine, no need to lower the graphics either. They work on 100% and don't have this effect.

Since i cannot log in, i was just wondering if there is any news on the bug with defeating kingdoms. Veagirs have no more fiefs, Yaroglek is just outside my castle (i started my own kingdom). His lords (6 left) spawn every now and then, but it's been about 100 game days since they had any control over a fief, or besieged anything.

Is there an update coming or a way around it?

Ps: i have been playing this game since 2008, so am fully aware of game mechanics etc.

I have noticed that the first week always gives a lot more then the following weeks.

Perhaps you do not scout your area enough? Giving looters/bandits/enemies chance to attack caravans and peasants? This will decrease tariffs and prosperity
