I have this problem as well. I have 150 charm and I can get them to transfer to my kingdom but they want a load of moneys that i cannot afford. I put in 500k and most of my items and that didnt even get it to 25%.

This added to the cost of offering peace to kingdoms that declare war on you make it really difficult to save up moneys.

This has happened to me multiple times as well. You have to kick the companion and when he reappears and you try to hire him, you still cant control him even if hes in your party. You cant equip him with anything or set his perks.

I did 2 campaign runs where i married Silvind (daughter of Calatild of Vlandia) and she never got pregnant. Thats with hours and hours of gameplay of her being in my party. Basically conquered almost the entire map and she still didnt get pregnant even once.

There is also another bug with trying to marry Yana of Khuzait. When you try to barter with her father who is usually in Baltakhand, there is a bug you cant ask for marriage even after you have her approval for it.

Hopefully taleworlds fixes this soon as well.

Most perks don’t work at all. I had to get a mod to make some of the perks work properly.

I have had this problem as well. I had over 1m and he still wouldn’t join my kingdom and he only had 1 castle.

I have the exact same issue. Only the companions generated at the start of the game are recruitable. Everyone else added along the way cant be recruited and doesnt come out in the encyclopedia

The aserai culture perk does not work for me as well. Caravans still cost 15k to form.
