  Sir Garrahil grew up near a small castle in far to the east of Calradia in a small country witch was never named (yeah its so small). His mother and father were his only companions and they were usually tending the fields, all the other village boys hated him because Garrahil was so much stronger, faster, smarter, and all round superior to the other boys. But Garrahil was not a modest boy, he bragged whenever he could of his superiorty to everyone else in the village. Soon after his own birth not even his relatives loved him.

  Finally his parents grew so tired of his vanity that they shipped him off to the small castle to work as a servant there. His parents then had another child and forgot about Garrahil. Garrahil proved a terrible servant, he would never bow to anyone and expected his athletic and intellectual abilites made him better then even the lord of the caste. Fortunatley for Garrahil, the lord of the castle was a kind young man who saw Garrahil could be destined for greatness.

As soon as the first border clash broke out with a small norse tribe and the country without a name the young lord shipped Garrahil off to be a soldier. Unfortunatley when Garrahil arrived instead of being given a position in the vanguard, the captain thought Garrahil was too little and set him to guarding the prisoners. Garrahil was enraged at the decision since he wanted to prove his prowess in battle, he had been practicing with his blade as long as he could remember waiting for this day. Garrahil was so full of spite and rage he decided to see how much pain these fabled Norse berskers could take. First he would start with their limbs, then he would play with fire, and finally he would practice with his sword. After a couple tries he learned how to keep them alive long enough for his enjoyment.

When the captain of the war party found out, he was appalled and sent a letter to Garrahil's young lord. The reply came a week later and banished Garrahil. Garrahil wandered far and long putting his practice to good use. Finally he ended in Calradia and found this add. (the sir was added by Garrahil himself)
