  1. Simple Corrections and Presentation

Good ideas overall. I'm sure a manual will be released when the game is finished. As for me, I prefer that every people in Talesworld remain focused on the development of the game rather than having to spend time on correcting a manual for every new beta version. As for the names of the lords, I think that M&B is "inspired" by historical facts. It's stay a fiction and thus, it do not have to oriental historical names for khergit lords. It's always a problem in these type of games: when do you stop copying history to make your own world
  2. Mhhhh, droping loot?

Well, except for Khergit Kingdom, you usually have a village or a city near you where you can sell your loot, whatever the price is. I don't think this is an urgent thing to implement. But it is a good idea.
  3. Occasional locations&bandits too weak

Well, the lack of cavalry surely increase the difficulty of the challenge but still.
Since I gave my oath to the king of Swadia, I have the impression to repeat the same process all the time: build up my army and gain money by attacking caravans and enemy lords them taking a castle or a city. I think that the condition of lord lack of diversity. You could have to quell other lords rebellion, have tournament, etc...
But this topic is only about occasional locations and bandits, so I will stay focused on these subjects.
  4. Occasional locations&bandits too weak

Yeah, a 200 bandits may be a little too much a the beginning of the game. I like the suggestions of groups of 50-80 bandits who would prey on the caravans.
A big multi-kingdoms tournament held in Zendar is a good thing too. I would suggest that it would be composed of kingdoms teams made of the best lords of every kingdoms. Those would be chosed during a kingdom tournament held a few months before the "big" tournament.
I've thinked about another occasional location. If you put some bandits groups who plunder caravans then they are bound to have some sort of bandit cache to hide their bounty. So let's says that some bandit "camp" appear randomly on the map but you have to pass near them to see it. These camp would be the home of a bandit leader and would generate (like for lords) big partys that regenerate after a while. The bandit leader escape like a lord and to put an end to his actioms you have to attack and raze this camp. It should be lightly fortified and with tons of bandits in it. And of course tons of loot.  Of course every "type" (steppe, mountain, forest, ...) of bandits would have a different type of cache.
Well,  I'm not a programmer and I don't know if it isa difficult to emplement in the game but it would definitivly be cool.

  5. Swadia is screwed, according to the map

I don't see any problem here. You give your oath to the king of the kingdom you choose. Swadia may be harder to defend, but it's up to you to take the challenge or not.
  6. Occasional locations&bandits too weak

Hello everyone, I've been playing M&B for a few months and I already have a few suggestions. Here's two:   -Occasional Locations: Some place should appear occasionally on the map, limked with special events. For example, let's says that twice in a year, a kingdom tournament take place in...
