Yup. I believe most people who've reached mid to late game feel the same way.

I've also taken a break from the game. I say come back when they actually release a major update for the game and not these short term stop gaps.

For me, I've experience the save corruption bug in patch 1.0.1, 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 and probably 1.0.4??? We'll see... ?

That's a total of three new campaigns that were started from scratch.

I think the issue here is all about managing expectations at an individual level and that's difficult as we all have different levels of tolerance.

Have I stopped playing Bannerlord? Yes.

Will I play it again in the near future? Yes - possibly next week when I can progress my saves and as a bonus I have three different saves to choose from ?

So for every negative experience there's something positive you can take from it. Life's too short to argue over trivial things like this.

Totally agree with you buddy.

Maybe they want to test the patience of players ahem* I mean the ironman mode functionality of the game? I'm up for the challenge as I need my daily dose of bannerlord. lolz

I can confirm that your existing 1.0.2 save file will work so it's important to save a copy of that save file in your desktop.

The issue is that when you convert it to 1.0.3 it will work and you can save over your existing game or you can also create a new save file. However if you close your game app or load any other previous saves then that's the end of your play through for now since your save file (most recently patched by 1.0.3) will not load.

My advice is to have a Mount and Blade Bannerlord marathon session (ironman mode) from now until they release the next patch (1.0.4). Lolz
