  1. AI gangs up

I started playing my other saves which are around the same timelines, same things happen. After some point AI goes retard. In my Battania campaign, they all are at war with me and none fights each other. Since Battania is in the middle of all other factions, I am doing circles around the country trying to defend cities and castles. It is FUN !

Funny thing is, we are at war with 3 factions and my country keeps declaring war. Even if it fails, they try until it passes. Can't go against it since influence gain got nerfed. When I try to propose peace no one accepts it ( says "45% supports" smh, it is always 0 during voting ).I think I will take a break until a fix comes along, otherwise this is really senseless, you hit a wall and it gets into a grind.

Devs, would be great if you can take a look at this
  2. AI gangs up

If I remember reading rightly, I thought I saw something that said that the AI targets your settlements(and I presume kingdom possibly) based on their relationship with your clan. Maybe it's not the case, but I thought it'd be worth asking, but did you do anything to piss everyone off?

Nope I play clean, chivalry didn't die !

Something doesn't work on backend, even if player pisses them off they should still have conflicts among them. Looking at the comments, this doesn't seem like a 1.4.2 issue but rather the way diplomacy works. Wish they had worked it out
  3. AI gangs up

Apologies if this was raised somewhere else, couldn't find a related one my quick search. Currently I am playing as Khuzaits (haven't done main quest) and it has been really boring lately. All factions declares war on me and none of them fights each other. I have had more than 10 playthroughs...
  4. Workshops nerfed?

Its important where you make your workshop. Normally a brewery converts 1 grain to 1 beer and grain average price is 10 and beer average price is 45. So it make 35 profit from 1 conversation. 8 conversations means about 200-250 profit when we subtract trade buy-sell price difference effects. IF you make a brewery where there is no grain in stocks or if grain average price is high like 20-25 you cannot make enough profit.

Appreciate taking your time, I am rather familiar with these as I have been playing since the beginning, I just wanted to point out that at its current state I believe it is not working. I shouldn't have to build 3 workshops, 2 caravans and own a castle to fund my only army.

Eg my brewery is in a settlement with 2 grain farms, so input price is cheap but I think beer is flooded into market and price is around 24 so the profits are too small. After the last changes prices might not be inflating but now the prices are too low to sustain a rather profitable workshop.
  5. Workshops nerfed?

You can make 2 caravans at t2 clan which will help a lot also check how much you pay for garrison in castle, try to build it up so militia are enough and no garrison is needed.

I have emptied the garrison already. I have always avoided caravans since I heard the complaints from others that they keep getting raided and doesn't earn much but will try that. Thanks for the suggestions

The point is, it shouldn't be this hard to make money, 18 denars income from a brewery ?? At least devs had recognized this and hopefully will fix it soon.
  6. Workshops nerfed?

I have a level 2 clan, have 3 workshops and a castle and can't maintain my 70 men army. May understand the concerns around 1000/day income from a workshop, but at its current state it is really not fun trying to deal with not getting bankrupted
