When Bannerlord came out, i was able to find for example lamelar armors(tier 5-6 empire body armor) in shops from the start... After patch 1.0.4 i think, there is no sight of those... Were those removed or is there some strange way to get my hands on them?

So i started my game, joined Western Empire as one of the lords, got some fiefs... But i would like my own kingdom... How to do it? If i exit Western Empire while keeping my fiefs, the kingdom button dissapear and i am playing with my clan only... Is that supposed to work like that? There is no...
