ic also sometimes found this,
as a "solo" solution i usually make multiple save backup before tidying any party/unit...
and almost never disband any party instead i prefer change the leader only.

how long have u waited ?
its not happen instantly need some times...

Im new here so pls help/direct me if im wrong asking here...
the reason i post in this thread is because it talking about update...
anyway will there will be any update/fix related to party management ?

i just need that our companion party stop upgrading and kicking the unit inside*...
ive browse alr and found there's like "party ai overhaul management mod" with "harmony" on nexus...
but it seems not updated/worked for the newest patch...

the idea is simple,
since its tiring to do micro management,
i intend to use my party as "herding-counter"...
which is i put all low level infantry/archer as "mule pack"...

in this case i tried aserai recuit,
but after setting the wage limit, etc.
it not stopping like how garrison one works,
instead keep kicking and upgrading itself .
