    Perhaps along with the love/fear concept there could be an influence mechanic for lower classes and nobility respectively. Failure to influence the lower classes will result in peasant revolts, and failure to to please the nobility will result in influential nobles and their allies attempting to depose the king.

    I dont get it the orange guy gets no sunlight the roof of the Merchant blocks all the sunlight for him.Dont you see he is completely dark.
    About the support trunks(if I understood what you meant by that correctly) dont they stay behind the house's light side how are they supposed to have a shadow ?

    Yeah the graphics quality looks really poor and warband like.

    I gotta agree it's starting to look very similiar to Warband, which makes me sad.

    I think it has been a while since you played WB last time because in WB all you see some NPC's standing behind some tables and standing there without moving their hair.Bannerlord has very old and bad graphics for 2017 its graphics belong to 2010 they remind me of Assassins Creed 2 but warband is more like GTA 3(2000) it may not be contemporary but you are not being just calling it like WB.

    I personally like the style they have chosen and think that it is very pretty in its own way. However, back when they first started showing gameplay up until now, as technology has evolved, it has begun to grow ever more outdated looking. I really do just hope that they decide to release it before it gets too outdated. They can always be actively updating and improving and releasing patches and even expansions. Just please god, get the game out there some time soon.
  3. [Poll] - What do players think about Bannerlord's lack of a release date

    I want them to take their time and release the game when it is ready. That being said, at this point I think they need to be REALLY transparent. I mean for the people who have been waiting for five going on six years they need to explain where they are in the dev process FOR REAL, explain what needs work and what they are working on and give meaningful information. I don't personally care for surprises at this point. I want to know if I am waiting for something that will be worth waiting for. I still have hope and I enjoy them sharing dev blogs, but at this point we need more than an interview with an artist saying "hi I'm a character artist. I like the game because of the art and I am currently working on character art." We need info on the single player. Not just the gameplay aspects but where it is in development as well. Sorry for the rant. I am still excited for this game.

    Excuse the picture quality. I just posted that to imgur to share with you guys and the pics were sent one day literally to just show a non gamer friend what I was doing at the moment. Only pictures I have so far. I can share higher quality and more update pictures if you want later.

    New and better screenshots. Tested in the Nova Aetas mod so ONLY the helmets are my work.

    Alright sweet. I need to optimize them because so far they're clocking in at around 1800 polygons, but I am hoping bannerlord will be able to handle some slightly higher numbers anyways. So far my machine is running the models just fine though. I wanna make roman spangenhelms and ridge helms, Germanic spangenhelms, avar/lombard lamellar helms, vendel style helms (norse and saxon) and some sassanian helms. Let me know if you have any other suggestions. I'd like to do some armors and tunics etc but I want to wait to see what I can utilize from bannerlord before I get into that.

    Thanks, I'll give it a go. For any of you who play the total war games, check out Total War Karling. It's an Attila mod and I'm by no means the leader of the team, but I am just responsible for making the units for the Norse/Brittonic factions, so you could see why these assets would make a huge difference.
