    When map building with ships for NW:

    1) Ships - Won't sail? They also don't appear to be destructible (used ship type C)
    2) Cannons - I put in a fort, added cannons, then they all turned white and won't spawn ammo and such

    2 Bugs, 2 possible bugs:

    1) Mentioned earlier, not sure if a response was given but when telling your men to brace polearms, they brace them and are stuck that way, despite "cancel order" and other commands given to them. I tested this by taking all of my polearm troops out, deploying them, and trying every command in a battle against some random looters.

    2) When a turncoat declares and takes his city with him, I asked good the good old Doge to attack it. He went to siege, did his thing, and then moved in to do battle. Except he froze there, stuck in between siege and a fight. I was unable to click on him or interact with him. He stayed that way for 20 days when the city simply fell from starvation.

    3) When fighting vastly outnumbered garrisons and meeting with a commander, not once have they tried to seek terms so I slaughter them. Is this something I must do after starving them for awhile?

    4) When Marshall, I command about 500 troops and move into relieve a siege of about 200 attacked. None of the men with me join when I attacked and, upon approaching an equally sized force, they flee in random directions rather than following.

    I second Valent's questions about pre-battle. One thing I would like to see if a Total War style player v player where we each command and AI on a battle map and go at it. Does that exist anywhere?

    Moving on, I've noticed the kings have a bad habit of giving untrustworthy lords castles. For example, I just wipped out the Sarranid's and the Swadians on a new campaign. What does the Doge do? Hands over Shariz to some untrustworthy Sarranid who promptly declares a new empire and takes over. This also happened at Harringoth Castle. Will there be an AI improvement to discourage leaders from rewarding recent turncoats with important strategic cities/castles?

    Ode to King Harlaus

    I've finished a campaign playing as a Rhodok Vassal. Conquered everything in the name of the Doge. My next idea is to get to be a Vassal in Swadia, take some lands, make the lords happy, then rebel and overthrow him. I love playing as the Swadians because of their cavalry and archer combinations.

    Sadly that was already tried, all of the saves are corrupted in the same manner. For example, Suno is Viking in the most recent save. I load a previous save and it's Khergit?

    After taking about a month off for work, I returned to my game of near total domination to find that, mysteriously, the Rhodok's had suddenly lost Suno and Yalen and random cities were conquered seemingly at random all over the place? I can't seem to fix it, any ideas?

    [Update] Reverting to earlier saved games causes these affected cities to change hands, again, at random.

    Once my pike users are ordered to brace polearms, no command can get them to unbrace and stand back up. They remain locked in that position. Is this a bug?

    Were the vaegirs buffed last patch (Native or Floris)? I don't recall seeing anything there but suddenly it's become near impossible to beat them and my Level 4/5 armies are being slaughtered. I'm playing on Normal damage for all parties involved and have been for some time.

    I've also noticed pike users who can brace polearms are stuck that way, even when issuring "end order" they still remain bracing and ignore all other orders.

    Sieges:

    Troops stop at the top of ladders and just get killed
    I was given 5 people to start a seige with, the enemy received 65 (I have my settings at 70) so that ended poorly

    Battles

    Formation AI set to normal, they stopped using it entirely and we're back to mass melee charges.

    Understand everyones working on it all, keep up the good work! I'll get my arse handed to me in cRPG in the mean time.
