You guys don't bother to tell us about the rules until it's too late, and you explicitly lied about our encounter regarding stair blocking.
Set up a MOTD on the server and thread, stop being aggressive towards players if they do something wrong (because often enough they don't know if they are), and i think me and a whole lot of other people would be satisfied.

Oh, and before i forget-- someone also blocked a stairway (the only stairway) yesterday on the server.
With FIVE admins on, including the owner, whom attacked the barricade instead of slaying someone over it.

Even though i did something wrong, this is still an issue and it needs to be fixed.

Stop, stop, stop stop.
You never, ever, EVER a word about my barricade building in admin chat, you just immediately slayed me and said ''blocking stairs is against the rules''. You never gave me any warning beforehand that i should stop building it. I was there, and i was conscious the entire time while building it-- and you did not warn me a single time, so please do not try to turn a situation around on me when you're obviously lying just to save your image.

On the other hand, you temp banned me even though i only muttered about two insults to you, the rest was me just protesting the unfair treatment that YOU DO indeed show us players. You know how you show us unfair treatment? By not showing us rules and punishing us for something we have no foreclosure or knowledge of beforehand. You claim that ''every server has banned skycades'', but i haven't been on Napoleonic Wars in well over 6 months. So i come into your server and you expect me to know every single ''learned rule''  as soon as i start playing your server?

That doesn't make sense, and yet you still punish us players for something that we don't know is wrong or something you can get punished for. This is exactly the kind of tyranny i'm talking about, and if you could remind us of rules instead of slaying us immediately, and say, maybe actually make a MOTD on the server, there would actually be a lot less irritated people and the server would be more enjoyable.

The main problem here is that even though you are the admins and you are taught the rules, WE aren't being taught said rules and just because you know every rule you deem it right to punish those who are more unfortunate than you and don't know them. But if i'm argue with you regarding the rules, it's a sign that i feel that i was unfairly treated and wanted compensation, the problem with you admins is that most of you (including you, don't even try to lie, you did not warn me at all regarding the stair barricade) take action so immediately that we don't even know what we did wrong before we're actually punished for it.

You and other admins need to tame a passive and inquisitive approach, where you compel players PEACEFULLY to stop breaking the rules, because half of your cases are you slaying people based on either your prejudice towards them or you're just slaying people which simply don't know what they're doing wrong.

Fair treatment would be getting us to stop peacefully instead of forcefully slaying us and draining the enjoyment out of our gametime, that is all i'm going to say on this matter, so please get it through your head.

Hello, my name's ****stain, (obviously) and i'm a regular/usual player on your server.
I used to enjoy playing on your server, but these past few days have been unbearable on your server, and i'd like to say why:
Your staff, or admins are completely out of line. That seems like it's a baseless accusation but i intend to elaborate why, but every time i log onto the server the admins abuse their power and manipulate their position to punish players which haven't done anything wrong. Having said this, i won't say that i've done exactly everything as i should have, but nevertheless i get abused by your staff while i'm playing.

1. Rule making on the spot
This appears (to me) to be the most common problem among all of your admins, when they see someone doing something that they perceive in the tiniest way as something that sounds excusable to punish someone for, they will punish them for it. It doesn't matter if we're fleeing from enemies or playing a flute at the top of a mast, they try their very best to punish us for something we didn't even know was against the rules.

2. Threats
My second point is that some of your staff either seem to have the need to be in charge, a superiority complex or a general disliking to people stating their opinion against their methods. If people speak their mind about something that is bothering them about some admins, some admins will immediately start threatening players to shut up or they'll get banned. I'm not saying that we can swear all we want about how we hate some admins, but at the very least we should be shown some consideration towards our situation instead of immediate threats of banning us if we keep talking.

3. Rudeness and being inappropriate
This is my third and last point, but every time i'm on the server, some admins seem to have a strong disposition towards us players and will in some cases go as far to insult us. You know, i thought an admin was supposed to be a person who is polite to players and will provide them with answers and solutions when needed. This point seems to have have gone straight by with some of your admins as most of them will not even take their time to resolve your issue, but will instead just keep on playing and pretend that you're not asking them.

I have a few people who can attest to all of these things being true, people such as Rey_Pirata, Stoncious, Alphonse, Winston, Walrus Leader. I could name a lot more but not right off the bat.
Now, since your server is the only naval battle server in the entirety of the Napoleonic Wars multiplayer, i actually care about this issue and would like this server's staff to treat players better.


Even the owner deems it fit to treat fellow players like ****, just because he's an admin. Earlier in the argument (which he provoked me into), he claimed ''I'm an admin, you're not, end of discussion.''

I was slain for accidentally falling off the ship and into the gap of a cannon. I was about to ask for a teleport but the admin slayed me anyway, i'm not really surprised, this isn't the first time one of your admins has taken the easy way out of resolving a problem by just slaying someone.

So i was minding my own business playing on your server, blocking off a stairway to our ship because an enemy ship was inbound, and what do i get? A slay, once more. Why? Because i blocked off a stairway, even though there was another stairway literally 20 meters away that was unblocked.
Did i get to see a rule in the MOTD that said ''No using sapper buildings to block off stairs''? No. Did i get a warning? Did i get a ''Please remove your buildings, ****stain''?
No, instead i got a slay. Just a slay, no big deal, except this whole crisis could have been averted if the admin had A: poiinted me to the rules and shown me a rule about sappers not being allowed to block off stairways. B: asked nicely for me to remove the buildings, of course if this had been done i would have obliged without hesitation.
This is an example of how some of your admins seem to make up rules as they go along, just as it pleases them.

Another example of how i beg an admin to see a MOTD just so i can abide by the rules, but am denied by threats and rudeness. I ask Sightless (this guy is already becoming my favorite, he is 80% of times the abuser) for an option to see the rules about not being allowed to build on stairs, but he denies me and instead offers to show me the door. (what a gentleman)

I am not even allowed to speak my mind and voice my opinion of this mistreatment without being threatened. After this statement i voice my opinion once more and get banned.

As a result, i am simply asking for there to be better treatment for us players and for us to be shown rules and warned at least two times before slaying us or banning us, because every time a certain admin logs on, he becomes a dictator and the rest of us have to live in fear of doing things or stating our because we either don't know what's not allowed or we're trying to voice our displeasure.

This message is probably going to get shot down by every staff member possible, but i implore those of you staff that actually care to read through this and give me your opinon of the matter and/or attempt to fix it.
