I have spoken with Hikkupz (Between myself and Hikkupz we have probably spent between $1-2 thousand dollars on NW under ANH) and we will be sending a delegation consisting of at least myself and Hikkupz to the meeting on Wednesday.

I see you have talked to a few of the senior regiment leaders/ representatives and I will be liaising with them to see what is the best way for Australian Mount and Blade NW to progress into the future.

GloRyan (Owner or Co-owner of Glovine) has direct involvement in the server and is perceived to have the final say, uses the Glovine teamspeak for the servers and sponsers events for the server.
LoungeChairCarnage is more of a puppet for Glovine to help monopolize the community.

So really - I wouldn't play that card because it's extremely controversial since all three parties do it. It's how the world goes around in a sense.

One example myself or a member that helps fund the ANH servers have gone on servers hosted by Glovine to advertise? Please don't generalize like that without substantial proof. Think that's a practice reserved just by LCC admins. I don't go on LCC servers to pick fights and argue my point or try to persuade the players. I am aware Hikkupz has been on just to say hello.

You can have policies, and that's not the issue. The ironic factor here is that we've been accused right here and now of being "dictators", but when will someone admit that many, many people from ANH have attacked us..personally? 4thKOR being a perfect example & quite a few 1stCB people.

So what is the issue?

The end issue was we wanted a server. We tried to get a server through LCC and Glovine. There was parley about this and it was rejected. I am not responsible for the players of ANH, just the policies of ANH of having fun and everyone responsible for themselves. Also please keep hearsay out of this discussion just quoting things without references or sources - we can say the exact same thing with you guys saying stuff about Hikky and the other admins.

Wait what did Glovine ever offer us? Confused here to be honest as the only offer we got is for a few people to be junior admin on a test server. We never wanted admin over a server, we wanted our own server. Please don't spread myths like they are facts.

To be honest there is no point in arguing all this, it's up to the individual player to decide what they would like to do and how they want to have fun. It's just disheartening to see some of our own players impacted because LCC has come out and said either support us or them. Players are now unable to have the best of both worlds trying to enhance their fun as much as possible. To be honest we have what we want, we got paradise. We're having fun with our mates, enjoying ourselves, no one telling us how to play the game and living the high life. No point to talk to LCC at all, specially when they want to try and destroy the Australian mount and blade community.

The one thing that does bother me is their use of the "Official" name as they are banning players based on association. We were under the impression that Glovine/ Lounge Chair Carnage got permission from FS to be able to call themselves Official. Now they are hurting the experience of the whole Australian Mount and Blade community by trying to control who people can socialize with.

If anyone from FS or Taleworlds does want to discuss this further, send myself a PM. I am one of the founders of A New Hope Gaming who seems to get dragged into things when excitement occurs. Have to laugh at LCC members coming on to try and get this removed like it is a dirty little secret about how they are oppressing the Australian Mount and Blade community.

And people had Pw4 servers before Baron

Over here in Australia we just gave our server provider the dedicated server files and asked them to host it

If you find a competent server provider they will do it for you

Really appreciate it, nice to get the support from the community on here. Heard we hit 180 players on our servers during an event on Sunday which is a great effort for all involved specially for the Australian region with a competing event from a competing community. Our playerbase has been a lot more stable as of late with ourselves looking at expanding our services we offer (got a server ready to go) and expand the maps as well.

Horse from the Australian NW_MainEvent_Aus servers here. I HIGHLY recommend our server providers Cobalt Gaming. If you have been on our servers you will know how great the server is. You have a lot more control over the server than Game Arena however it is a bit more complex to set up. In terms of prices it's 95 cents a slot, more than affordable.

I'll be honest with you guys, I am not here to talk about other communities as they are none of my concern. I am here to advertise our servers, liaise with the player base and see how what I can do to help improve the players experience within the Australian community. I am proud of what we have done to lay the ground work to ensure Australians enjoy NW for years to come.


So the answer if Australia can support two communities ... well they easily can. Besides there are more communities in Australia spread over different mount and blade games. Regiments can pick their events and have more to participate in and players have a greater choice on what they would like to enjoy within NW. I'm not here to discuss everything I don't like about another community because two communities just trying to harm each other will just harm the player. Two communities trying to help improve the experience for their player base will help the player. In terms of numbers, it depends how many players you want for your community. No one community should ever expect to have a monopoly on players within a playerbase. I am more than happy at our numbers we are sustaining and the nature of our growth. Players usually aren't too spread out as there is at least an active server or two a night with someone running a smaller commander battle to cater for that audience.

LoungeChairCarnage simply isn't for everyone. We are having fun and people enjoy our servers which is great for us. Seems to work out well for the casual player to have so many choices.
