    +1 also had this issue. I've never had it turn positive. I can reset the construction to a different item and it starts counting back from 0 again.

    It seems to me that 'Production' is something that should never drop below 0 because then it just becomes 'Destruction' but it seems even more so that you shouldn't have a negative value for how far along a project e.g. Gardens are.
