Every day my income shows a + coming in but when the day finally changes I am bled dry at a large negative of almost 2k. I have no idea what is going on as everything in my tabs claim that I am to have a profit and not a negative. I have no idea what is going on. is it a bug? what should I do?

I am unsure how to go about using the item pool and what exactly it does.  the items in there are used by whom? and like if i want to sell them how do i d othat? do i have to indivdualy take them out or can i quick sell them? and like the automatic equipment part im unsure how that works also...
