Firstly I'd like to put my vote in for Apoca as an admin (I thought he already was one!), good guy. Figured I'd put my name in the hat too. I'm not on as much as some of the other players but I feel I'd be good at keeping the server clean while I'm there.
Your in-game name?
Wibbler/Wibbler Pinkerton
Steam ID?
Wibbler
How active are you in playing on the server?
I play at least three times a week during the evenings.
Are you a well known, and well liked, community member?
I've been around the forums for a long time and dabble in modding, I'm friends with a fair few of the people who use the NA server.
Which do you consider most important, stimulating roleplay or upholding the rules, and why?
Dodgey question; the majority of the rules are there to stimulate roleplay, so in that sense upholding the rules would be most important. But if all the players on the server were enjoying something that was RP but wasn't strictly within the bounds of the rules, I don't see why you'd have to stop it.
Give a paragraph long essay about why you want to become an admin, and why you'd be a good one.
Having attempted to RP on the server numerous times I've found that all the players that are keen on roleplaying quickly become agitated and quit as the griefers come in and repeatedly random people. With just a few more admins on to stop these griefers early on everyone can have fun and the server won't devolve into revenge killings and a worldwide shootout. I think I'd make a good admin because I'm mature enough not to lose my rag over an abrasive person and capable of listening to both sides of an argument before jumping for the ban hammer.
Are you patient with people who are, in general, ignorant of the way we do things and need you to "hold their hand" in order to help them?
Sure, I enjoy teaching people things and working with other people. I've travelled around with newer players on the server a few times showing them how to build, where to mine, etc...the mod is in it's early days, and once people understand how to play the quality of player will improve greatly.
Do you have any experience admining? If so, how long? If not, what makes you think you can be as good as an experienced one?
Not in Mount & Blade, but I've admined on Allied Assault, BF1942, BF2, TF2 and other games I can't recall right now as well as moderated video game websites.
