I really want to play this game, but it seems like I'm forced to download it from a pirate network, and insert all the files to the Steam folder to verify them later with the service. Also, I have considerated buying a new HDD, but I'm not sure honestly.

Yes, I have contacted them several times, but it seems like they do not care at all sending me identical articles about network troubleshooting several times. The game files are hidden somewhere on my PC, thus checking them is not helpful, as Steam says that 0 bytes are in the game folder.
