Resolved Softlock when joining an army that attacks a nation after swearing you won't attack that nation
Bug Description: In an attempt to get out of a hairy situation, I made a deal to not attack a nation for 10 days. 6 days later, I've joined an army that is now attempting to attack an army of the nation that I agreed not to attack.
