so i declared my empire as independent or as the story line goes empire of calradia. I then decide to persuade/coerce npc vassals to come over and be in my empire, but the problem is i don't know how to improve their relation, and it seems that as their castles and settlements get taken away...

is it me or that cheat mode can't be used after the new update patch? i have been constantly crashing after i load the game. I also check if cheat mode is activated and it was set back to 0. lmk if anyone else have this issue and if there are any solution to it. thks

what is the best way to increase relation with other vassals/lords?

ive been coercing/persuade other vassals but its quite pricey and it doesn't work all the time, are there any way to get them for free?

I understand maintaining high morale, but what does it mean to assemble and lead armies. I know that when you recruit units you gain exp, but is there a faster way to increase leadership? or increase the party size?

Are there an option for equipping my companions with their appropriate weapon for their skills? also does their skills like healing or scouting apply for the army?

I want to recall my npc guy back to my troops, but i have no idea how to recall him while hes just running around the whole map trading.

for some reason i am stuck on loading screen everytime i try to take a walk on the city of pen cannoc. i tried to verify the game cache, but i still couldn't load it.

I used one of my npc soldier to lead the caravan, but so far im losing money, i have no idea how to call him back to my troops instead of leading a caravan run.
