    Lets talk smithing.

Right, so here's my idea compiled from posts from this thread:
-Remove stamina, replace with passing of time instead. When you refine something, you select everything you want to refine, press OK, game takes you to the world map view and time passes. Having higher smithing skill reduces the wait time. Same thing with smelting, forging obviously you just craft the one weapon you select.
-Remove charcoal requirement from low grade iron weapons, have it only for steel and higher. Also applies to smelting.
-Smelting weapons should give all the parts the weapon has, perks should increase chance of unlocking an additional random part related to the weapon type.
-Remove RNG reduction of stats, instead do Warband style modifiers like "crude" and so forth.
Then it's just a matter of balancing it so smithing doesn't become the #1 way of grinding to become a millionaire.

    Are there camels in e1.0.0?

Couldn't find any camel troops and haven't found any camels in shops. Where's the camels at?

    Auto-block in singleplayer

Shields are a good way to balance it out. Just equip shield in group fights and learn to manually block in the arena. You can set AI to the worst and put damage on easiest, that already makes the game easy as hell.

    Modified Combat Parameters

This looks good, one thing I really dislike about Bannerlord is how people zip out of your range constantly. I think it has to do with the strafing speed. This would be worth a try by Taleworlds, I'm definitely gonna play modded with these values when the game comes out.

Supply Line Simulation in Single Player - Suggestion

I think it's a good idea. It would force the devs to implement an automatic food purchasing system, which I wouldn't mind at all. It should just calculate your distance to the nearest friendly fief and simulate the supply line like that. Also you gotta take cattle into consideration. Your army should automatically slaughter cattle that's accompanying you when you run out of food.

Poll regarding enemy garrisons info disclosure in game's Encyclopedia

Scouting should give a rough estimate on how many troops there are. If you sneak inside there should maybe be an option to investigate the garrison and it should take some time like training peasants, raiding, etc. does in Warband. And obviously you should be able to send your own spies instead of going in yourself.
Edit: And factions/clans should share information.

Sieges, garrison sally outs and relieving armies (POLL)

Absolutely, they said they wanna make the lords act more like the player and the lords should be able to avoid enemies and go inside the castle if they want to. And for lords defending their castle should be way more important than patrolling or raiding. If they're part of an army I guess they can't just leave like they do in Warband and the armies should also be smart enough to defend castles. Attacking the enemy siege camp with an army should also be an option.
