Resolved Two bugs: recruiting prisoners + garrisons training bandits.
Bug 1 (Recruiting prisoners): Holding the CTRL key and clicking "recruit prisoner" correctly recruits all available prisoners, but the "ready to recruit" counter only increments by -1.
