    destroy enemies siege engine, have a least half shooter and place them in front of the wall in loose formation, wait, gg
    Don't send your melee to the ladder or to the door, just have them stand and tank arrows with their shield, help with your own bow if you use one.
    When their is no more enemy bowman climb half a ladder yourself and watch the remaining enemy stack and die to your archers.

    Well I don't think you can chose your own traits IRL either, it's just a game

    I can see many people are frustrated about the game and the developers, I can understand some of it for example the multiplayer seems to be really messy and bad choices have been made but it's a great game overall and they are still working on it. Of course a community manager would be great too.
