Community mod is now kinda fixed, i can load my latest saves and play.

small (insufficient) garrisons provoke multiple wars. AI have some chance to declare a war. Whatever you do, if you have incompleted garrison, you will end in war with all possible countries. sooner or later

thats why I dont train archers at all. I want realistic battles

ye weapons need stats requirements.
Armour need some points in endurence. I can handle that

it was Garrison dont eat nor starve - mod that causes the crash. Now i can start new campaing without it and Community mod. Or continue the old, from the point where I form my owm kingdom

Install any mod that allows war exhaustion (I got Diplomacy fixes). And now with war exhaustion we usually have 1 or 0 wars. From the start there were 4, but now we are safe.
Also it helps a lot to keep clans dry on their influence! (adopt all policies , that give - influence. Then i spent thousands of my influence gained for army leading and sieges done for popular policies = clans spent the rest of their balance there). Free castles and towns.
ATM day 400 i have 4 castles and 6 towns , while my king Derthert have 3 and 3. And other clans only 1 or 2.
Having a lot of fun! Planning to creat own kingdom with all my fiefs!

well in 1.4.0 Aserai had most powerfull tree with good anti-cav infantry (low tier inf only has spears, thats huge while we have no spear formation and a big pain for every cav charge); Absolutlely chop-choping t4 and t5 shock inf with executioner axes (they often cut through 2 body) and insane javelins.
But 1.4.1 had a lot of impovements to other nation's troops, so no more aserai dominating.

ye, they were outperforming by a lot. Even one reddit guy has big thread comparing cav stats, and they do nicely during his tests
Same javelins btw, so I keep deleting enemies with these troops

i got green 1-2 extra points above normal without special perks and even under the dificulty threshold

in my opinion both AI influence gain and Army' creation cost must revalued considerably

while i agree that negative influence isnt a good thing, you must consider grinding to T4 clan, before start to gain passive influence. Its like strong clan have value in kingdom routine and weak one = doesnt.
