    Disorganized Penalty

    Interesting idea. Would you think it based on Tactics, Scouting, Leadership, weighted for all three?

    I can imagine a random penalty to Movement, re-rolled per tick. This would be a general penalty, which we could also label Disorganized. The penalty is reduced to zero when the party has 300+ Leader/Tactics/Scout.

    Thoughts?
    That sounds good to me and I like the "penalty per tick" idea! Yes, the penalty can be reduced by perk stats...
    While I'm neither a developer nor a modder, I don't understand why anyone would allow this game to be "Tom and Jerry" on the campaign map. Seems pretty easy to do.

    Disorganized Penalty

    Every low-level party in Bannerlord should be penalized for being disorganized. In the absence of a leader or under the leadership of a poor leader, a party should be penalized for movement. For example, My party speed is 4.9 and looters are the same. I don't think it's right to chase them...

    Performance of 1.7.2

    The game optimization is great. I can play on DSR resolution 5120x2880 on max settings. The last time I played it was months ago, and now feels like a different game. GPU: RTX 2080 oc (undervolted) CPU: R9 3900xt

    Voice Attack! (command your troops with voice)

    Is there an option to give orders with my voice? This is the must option for Bannerlord. If it's not in the game they should add it ASAP.

    3 Late game problems that I hate!

    That's the stage when the game tells you:
    - Hey you played more than enough for 50$. Game over. Get life!

    Joke aside, the late game is indeed boring. In the next patch, besides sheepskins, we might see improvements in the late game mechanics.

    Do you mean that their gear drop and you can get rich easily by killing Imperial Armies? Or what do you mean? That argument holds up for all elite and noble troops. I don't get it?

    Please elaborate. I am still playing on an old version, and there it is very difficult to get Cataphracts.
    I have battled dozens of Elite Cataphracts in the game. Their gear is way too much expensive. Each of them is at least worth 500k in-game gold. Does not make any sense.

    Only wanderers in taverns?

    I'm unable to find any other type of "occupation" than a wanderer. Only wanderers are available for hiring as companions. Are there any better types of companions and where can I find them?

    Remove the feature that half the army cheers when enemy flees or make it configurable

    After half a year I came back. The game is much more playable but this change really pissed me off.

    I want to kill as many as possible and take the loot as many as possible too.
    No survivors. Instead of doing this, they could've given us an option to put enemies' heads on the spikes after the battle.
    Darn feminism.

    Updates impact on the gameplay

    I like this medieval theme and I play Bannerold once in a few months. From March 2020 the game seems pretty much the same. I can say that the game is more stable now and I noticed a few more options in diplomacy. That's pretty much it. Is there a road map, something to look forward to?

    Temporary Camp - Make an enemy stationary for a day/half a day

    Campaignmap- stamina.
    Parties can't run forever
    Camp/rest to recover it
    Walk/March/Run modes. March unlocked or boosted with leadership/tactics and is more stamina- economic than running.

    Extension: Different foodstuff boosts different aspects. I´m no dietist but some might boost runspeed, other march or even walk speed, others improves recoveryspeed etc....

    AI and player party (max25-50) could be hidden and deploy ambushes, depending on the scouting level of the part they can spot them too...
