Was running a new campaign all week with 1.1.4 and I have the perks yes.

I went into a town to reset the steward perks, just to see if refreshing the skill line would fix it..... It does not.

I am no longer getting exp for my troops when donating loot to them. Seems broken after new patch

I've had the same problem with looters.

Also my brothers army/party was defeated, after he escaped, he went to my castle and became "Gov"
Then when I tried to form his party again from the clan screen, he isnt on the page with my wife and other 6 compaions......

Hes getting lazy?

1.) you have to send a "noble" companion with persuasion, like Clovis, Bodo, or Morgant.

Just was asked to build a church or training ground in my town. 3000 dollars gets you both and you recieve 1 INT for church and 1 STR for training grounds

Pretend that before your character came to the land, that he was a rich noble? Or came from a wealthy family and he's got some experience leading men/ combat prowess?

Level him to the average of other lords and start him with 15,000 - 25,000 bucks and go get them, i'd recommend level 24-26

Usually the guild masters heads up works. The amount of money that the resource can make always changes, just like he says. I have a mill in Dhirim, a iron works in suno, and a wool thing in Praven. At one point i was losing money at the iron works, even though I was used to making over 900$ a week.

So it all depends on how you would like to go about it. The Bread mill is super great at feeding your armies, I wuv it.

If that could happen, this mod would be 200% more awesome than its original awesomeness which is at 300%. Really ******* hard though! 104% difficulty is horrible. I can never get my money because the nords/khergits murder and loot my village, and controll all 3 towns with my enterprise's. Swadia sucks

Ya but, say the swadians have only suno left and only 9 lords left....... ask the King to recruit one of the nobles in your group to help with the army.

U dont download Diplomacy at all. It comes with the extended pack.

Try playing the game and test it for yourself, if you "Talk" to the units you can see where their strengths and faults are. The A's are for archers, I's are for Infantry...... and the Faq is where you should head next.

Diplomacy is a great mod. But it comes in the Floris pack. You dont install it seperatly.

I played diplomacy for so long i didnt even bother looking at these boards for months...... then i did and grabb'd this peice right away. Its so beautiful i wanna cry

Theres alot of things I have noticed, but havent posted. I'm one of those types that keeps to himself. I will screeny everything from now on.

How about when you ask the marshal to (go to ...... )castle/town to attack, and he and his companions/ other lords just sit outside of the battle? While im building the damn siege tower and assualting, both lords that I have high relation with/vassal of the kingdom didnt join the siege with me?

Edit: Also every faction always has 1 unassigned fief to it. I know gisim (far north lonely swadian village) is always unassigned. Is this a bug?
Dont the lords need more money to keep up those troops?
Why not give me Gisim? Instead of that E word village right next to the God damn horse archer border that always gets raided? Or give me both?

Have 2.3, brand new game. Level 8 i think. Prison break to get my 2 companions out of uluhana bla bla castle. Its the lonely khergit castle near halmar. (Not the one on the hill.) took me 10 minutes to find the prison. The door worked.

But when i exited with my companions, all the guards were on my side, trying to kill 1 other khergit guard? 6-7 khergits + Me and company of 2, against 1 khergit. Prolly a bug.

I thought I read in someone else's post about Graaf some months ago but couldnt remember what he/she said. He's a tricky fellow to figure out aint he. He hates Alayen, and likes firentis.
