    about the block in combat

    Yes I would hope that in the future a crush through mechanic can be introduced. For instance with assigning a maximum block power to weapons. this can be checked against the calculated damage. The crush through should only happen if the disparity between the block power and the attack damage is to high, this to avoid disrupting the current system to much. A system like this would filter out the most immersive breaking blocks.

    Kingdom Army Management

    Yeah, using charm would be a good idea. This could even be tied into the negotiation side of things, you may need to bribe lords with certain personality types (such as calculative) to carry out your suggestions. Negotiation is very bland at the moment seeing as it's really not too useful and I rarely find myself using the feature.

    Prosperity and Food - the death spiral of a fief

    They did it on purpose to cap prosperity since at certain point you will starve and lose prosperity. It makes no sense though because you can't do anything about it.
    Things you can't do that really they should add:
    1 Give food directly to the food stock of fiefs.
    2 Build more and more food supply farms when prosperity is high enough.
    3 Order special caravans to bring more food to the fief
    4 ORDER people to patrol and guard villages to prevent food shortage spikes from raids.
    You can't do any of this and it's very silly that in Bannerlord a city/people/ruler thinks "oh we're so successful and prosperous, I guess we'll just starve now."
    Yes this system definitely needs an update.
    I like the idea of special caravans, extra farms or herds to deliver extra food to high prosperity towns, this way you can go above the save limit while being at risk from enemy actions.

    There should be a warning or a relocation if an garrison is starving while not under siege.

    Resolved Attack Siege Camp

    I've been informed that this is intended behaviour. IF you sally out while waiting on the town only garrison will help. Militia only helps if there is a siege going on. They don't go out of town to defend.

    Hi @MArdA TaleWorlds, I have a similar problem, when I am defending a siege and de besieging army itself is attacked by a relief force. If i want to join the fight I have to sally out, only my own forces fight the remaining number of enemy troops instead of combining my troops with the relief force.

    i think this works but are you 100% sure about what this party is going to do? besides this would require a lot of tedious repetition for every party you would like to target. To stick these actions to an key+mouseclick would streamline this part.

    When chasing a smaler party there should be the option to send forth the cavalry to catch up.
    yes, there are a couple of mods that do this, but i would like this in vanilla game. I would like a new section of your party menu where you have your troop overview and you prisoner overview where you can drop cavalry units. (or a way to mark these units an other way)

    2 ways to use them.
    key+Lmouseclick: These units will chase the enemy party an harass them, reducing the party speed. (both sides take casualties over time)
    Key+Rmouseclick These units will chase the enemy party and engage in battle. (best use for small groups)

    I myself am no sage but I believe I have a more apt ability to spot one.

    + Unique concept playstyle as the King
    + More special unit recruitment perhaps the minor factions
    ++ Make minor factions better than default units but maybe not as good as nobles or perform well in niche.
    + Ingame troop tree designer for clan/kingdom
    ++ Perhaps a cost to such things is based on the item.
    Adding a costly item like the Noble Bow could have an initial cost of 150k or some multiple of the base cost.

    -More RPG
    -King is more for ruling and not travel and battles per se
    More managing
    -+ For the King time runs more broadly and faster.

    I say as such the #395 7-13 by @niekdegrijze also named such, Nick the Gray, Nick the Noticer

    I always remember PoP for warband. This mod had great lore and great side activities like quelis gems and Noldor units. So whenever you got bored with conquering, you could hunt for the quelis gems or try to upgrade your knight order. And somebody please reintroduce the drunk peasent revolt!

    Workshops what happen when

    It would be a lot better if we could set routes for our caravans, take goods from workshops and sell ir elsewhere. Just a little bit of control, so they don't get killed off on every single war you are forced on would be nice.

    Thanks ! I agree it's not a big problem as I am perfectly good with the amount of elite recruits currently in my game with my mods (3 to 10 per party), but I would like for the system to be a bit more proper in the way it works.
    It's also good training for me, it could be useful for other mods later down the road to know how to change the AI
    I am still learning to code c#. I started because I wanted to do the exact thing as you😀.
    one thing I would like to suggest is a recruiter for minor faction units if the relation is high enough. This together would make castles very interesting.

    i really like your mod.
    Even if you can't find a way to make ai recruit from castles, it is not a big problem in my opinion. Defeated nobles respawn with the party template. If the number of noble troop is to low, you might increase it there. But reducing the amount of noble troops would not be too bad for me.

    Hi!
    I am playing a Chinese mod called 1135AD. The Mongolian troops' wages are too high. I want to adjust the cost. I have seen tweaks here that allow such a thing for all troops, but what about individual troop? How can I do that?

    I don't know anything about python files and I am not sure how to work with them. Can I do this within the script files?
    I believe you can only adjust the tier. The price is adjusted to that. A horse is also more expansive and calculated in the upkeep.

    I like it!
    But I would suggest a limit to the amount of troops as not to make it to op.
    Additionally I would like siege options such as a chance to damage defending siege engines (ambush)and a command you can give during an attack to have them spawn (same spot as defender spawn to make it easier) to attack from behind.

    @Duh_TaleWorlds I think it should be in your current priorities. Right now during this stage of the game v1.2.0 and 1.2.1 no matter which faction you join, it all boils down to recruit soldiers and fight, fight, fight. Dont get me wrong the battle are good, animations are amazing, balance could maybe kinda do some tweaking, but everything other than wars and battles is falling really flat. Like the best part of the game is waging wars and battles, and even that can become repetitive. All NPCs are the same doesnt matter that their looks are different and have "different culture" and "personality"(which does nothing), they are all the same, bland and shallow.

    Between campaigns from different versions and the new one there is almost 0 difference. Again dont take it the wrong way, improvements are welcome and are praised, the game is way more stable and runs better on my 1050Ti i commend your programmers, but yeah, gameplay loop is bland. Please talk with your team leader or boss or whatever his title is. The community is painfully drooling for such content to be added in the game.
    +1, Every big patch i get excited again and start a new campaign. Only to get bored rater quickly. On of the things the game misses in my opinion is reach goals. These are goals to set yourself as a player to strife for. these can be:
    - become a ruler ( it is in the game, but should come with a change in gameplay)
    - being able to recruit special units (minor faction units?)
    - Design a troop tree for your clan/kingdom
    etc.

    The battles are good enough for me as it is. Any improvement is super welcome but would not increase my overall enjoyment of the game.
    More RPG elementes, diplomacy and kingdom management would increase my enjoyment.

    i am not sure about the time ratio but it feels like: 40% travel, 20% menu's, 40%battles.
    As a king i would expect to reduce the travel time and battle time, and spend more time managing the kingdom.

    Can’t you just ask the companion who is following you to gather everyone? I thought that works in Vanilla. They are all in the settlement. They just aren’t all following you.
    Yes but it takes forever. And it would make sense that a high ranking noble has a bodyguard
