I recently played Napoleonic Wars again, and the will to be Admin again came back !

I live ... again ! 

Long time no playing Warband, just came back because of the DLC Napoleonic Wars. Really fun.

Woohoo ! Nice new default theme, le forum looks a little clearer to me, really nice !

Since .63X patches series my ping is so horrible that I completely gave up playing and admining on EU servers... I was used to a 30ms ping or so, and of course as long as it stayed under 100 ms I was pleased, but now my ping is above 230 ms all the time, I even have a "better" ping on US servers (between 150 and 200 ms) even though I live in Europe !!

It's been weeks since I didn't even try to join a server, disgusted I was by my bad ping. I'll try tonight and post my status, but be warned that I might be inactive for long if my bad ping (due to my ISP on Taleworlds EU servers) is still preventing me to play, and then admining too, in good condition.
But be sure that even I'm quite busy at the moment, I'd really like to keep on playing/admining the servers, because I still think it's one of the greatest game I played online !

I can't, I have no response from the server (no surprise to me, thanks to Orange)

Well, I'm used to kick first to let the douches a chance to think twice about their behavior but I once banned without it, so ... I guess it's up to the admins

I don't need any cover, nobody knows I'm an admin ! 

Let's hope it's a bug or some nk guys will have to give the brass some explanations ...

Awesome news and interested that I face the same exact connection problems while trying to connect to the European server with WinSCP that I face when I try to play on the EU servers. And still no problem when connecting to the US server...

I personally don't kick dehorsed glitching players until they have been warned by alive players they are glitching : they often understand the problem and reconnect asap. I only kick them when they don't care about the warnings and keep on slaying defenseless players. I don't know the context for TRUSOULJOS but I probably would have let him a round to observe his reactions.

Maybe it's only cultural, maybe US players and possibly US people are used to insult each other in every day's life, maybe they even enjoy it ? I never went to the US yet so I don't know.

I barely had to use my admin powers on EU servers lately, I guess SadnHappy will be more accurate than me on the subject.

Active when my ping allows me to play on EU servers, cause I et my ISP doesn't like Warbands EU servers since I have a worst ping on them than on US servers ...

What we stated is that last night was pretty tense and loaded in insult and I was not used of that !

I was there too and I fully agree, it seems like these US players behave like there are no schools in their country, no one ever taught them to be polite ?
The tag you are looking for is KOI (like the fish) and their capitalized names are always something around the KOI carp fish.

I kicked two players (maybe the same guy) from the manual_blocking US battle server yesterday because his/their names were only "_" repeating characters like "________________________________________________________________________________________________________" and another that I can't remember which character it was. Everyone on the server agreed it was a too long/spammy name and the player(s) didn't come back a third time.

I also have seen 2 nK_Noodles on the server, one polling to kick the other, as the spelling was exactly the same, i was totally unable to do anything...
