I'm having the exact same problem. Everyone in Europe is at peace, and this happens in all my 3 different games.

6.Do I promise to remain active as much as I can: Yes I do. However, I might not be on right now or as often as I would like because my family was displaced by the Isreali military. We had to find a new house to live in as the old one was torn down by military grade bulldozers. Also, I speak fluent Hebrew due to living in Palestine and of course being Palestinian.
