You all know about clocks retreating for 1 hour backward for european and american regions. But in Russia we have no such a retreating. So time difference with above mentioned regions increases to +4 hour. Its too late for most of Russia regions and a lot of people from russian regiment wouldn't be able to participate in linebattles(((
So, is it possible to hold the event 1 hour earlier (at 18-00 GMT)?
