The 14th was following orders. However, due to technological issues in the hands of some of our officers - things got confusing at times and often our response to what was going on was heavily delayed because of such. This is an understandable issue and an unfortunate one - but I assure you that if an order came down to the 14th it was followed.
This was my first battle event and my first big event with the 14th. I thought things were handled very well despite the setbacks on our half. I heard all the time "Alright guys we need to support the 51st here..." or "They want us to push up this hill and hold here." So on and so forth. When orders came down they were followed.
On other hand...
I had a lot of fun for my first big event. I thought everyone fought very well, both sides, and it was great seeing all of the regiments lined up and going tactical on the field. It was a great way to play different than the normal "cluster" of public battles.
