There's something you haven't realized. And don't take any of this personally. Your "Gaming method" encroaches over other people's rights (As per the rules).
The rules are designed to protect these players that you harass and team-kill.

The main principle of unbanning someone is after they have shown empathy, and promise never to do what they were banned for ever again.
In this case, This individual shows no signs of empathy. The ground of demanding an unban are completely ludicrous.
He shows no empathy for what he has done, not only that, he also does not show any willingness to correct his old methods, and on the contrary this person promotes it, and actively (And very arrogantly) insults everyone around them, Like they are privileged.
I will not post here anymore, unless I have evidence, or contradictory facts. This is my final plea. Please do not let them on the server ever again.
In addition to this, I'm not sure if Ned is also banned but if he isn't I think he should be banned as well. They are essentially the same person, Ned will continue trolling guaranteed.
I told you to keep them banned Deo , you never listen to me . I don't think it's even necessary to say why, there's been so much evidence against these two. Obvious trolls are obvious.
I was in the server when he kept on teamkilling right after the round started. It went on for several maps but luckily for him there was no admin on.(up to 120 players on at one time and there were no admins on.) He deserves to be banned imo.

You'd think it would be common sense that you don't come into US1 with that name. It's racially insensitive and very offensive. Whether or not you needed my opinion is irrelevant.
Then again... it's a bit odd because Petschie said "gtfo Disgrntld" and immediately is team killed by Disgnrtld after that. I think maybe there actually might be some foul-play here. Also, I think the "whoops" might have been directed towards Petschie, but not necessarily the "get owned". Although I'm not sure who else he could have been referring to. All in all we have ourselves a very confusing situation.
As much as I dislike Reddit, I must say I've never seen anything even remotely trollish done by this particular individual. If I recall though, he is quite good on a horse. And judging by the posts above me, have you guys considered that it might all just be a misunderstanding?
Also, on the topic of the Handsomes. I'm rather excited to have them back (even though twas I who got them banned in the first place), provided of course they can behave this time around. These guys are genuinely creative people, and it will be interesting to see them back in action.
