The point of this entire thread is that this is AAR ( After Action Report), so he creates a story and told us what has he done during his playing... You can enter you own if you want.

Yes, you have still obligation to Swadian king. When that time expires ( or if they sign a truce), the Nords would stop hunting you.

My mistake.  I was to write Gamling, but I mispelled ( thinking exactly about similiarity of those two names ) and put both of them by mistake. Sorry. I was tired.

You don't have to be rude.  I am sure I know a lot more about Middle earth than you think.
And he didn' stole it, he just took it from a cage of stone trolls, who left it there with other loot they take. ( they actually stole it from some unnamed dwarves, who wielded those weapons during Wars of the dwarves and orcs.)
It's actually a long way for that swords, from the last king of Gondolin to Gandalf and Thorin.

Jarvy, did you consider what characters would act as a lords for which faction? 
( I already know you would include all nine ringwraiths for Mordor.  )

I have some suggestions for you:
Mordor - ringwraiths, Gothmog ( deformed orc from Return of the King movie  ), Grishnakh, Shagrat, Gorbag, Mouth of Sauron...
Rohan -  Theoden, Eomer, Erkenbrand, Theodred, Elfhelm, Grimbold, Glamdring, Gamling, Hama...
Gondor - Faramir, Boromir, Denethor, Imrahil, Irolas ( guy from ROTK movie), Beregond, Aragorn...
Isengard - Saruman, Lurtz, Ugluk, Sharku ...

Actually, I was just saying they need better faces. Also, they did make makeup out of plants and such. People these days... Don't take things so seriously, gosh.

Then you just download some of the face packs ( there is one great female pack), or you could just enable editing mod, and change faces of all NPCs to your likening ( but that takes time).
And - I always take things seriously .

But how has Sargoth became theirs? 
Capital cities are under kings control so that could not be possible.
