What if (as I understand what the OP said) the lord is in your own faction (so the player is the liege) but the relations are still different?

It's not possible because now if you rebel, with a claimant or not, you are part of your own kingdom, and thus can make peace (though it's hard) with the other kingdoms.

Or maybe simply the lords who own castles at the beginning. There are many lords who only own villages...

Anyway, if someone has an answer, I'll be thankful.

Maybe it's the ones bearing their own name?

One of my favorite movies.

And yes, it would be better if your wife gets relation going down or up given your deeds in the world.
If it's down too much, she would be able to play dirty (stealing your money, banging with other lords (who will boast about it of course))

I think it's a very good idea too.
However, to make it more simple, you could just select existing troops from existing factions and rename them. At least that would be a good start, and open to all kind of improvements.

Actually, it happened to me once in 1.104

Masterwork Sword of war, the only 2H that has a sheaton the back, so it just looks cool.

It's bugging me too! It would be good to have some sort of competition.

For blunts, take a look at the heavy spiked staff. It's fast, and has good reach for using from horseback. It can be used both 1h and 2h. I'd like to know what the difference is when using weapons like this 2 handed. Anyway, I give all my companions these and they are really effective. It's a polearm but I can't seem to be able to use it couched.

It is in My docs/ Mount&Blade Warband Characters

Normally, once you have claimed all territories, there are still the remaining Lords to find and beat and the remaining caravans.
Maybe if you wait a little, the caravans will be no more (since they have nowhere to go) and the remaining lords will show themselves by trying to get back a castle or by switching to an other faction.

You can use the cheat to locate them on the map.

But I agree they have some ego issues, and some of them more than other depending on their personnality.
It just obliges me to to wipe the floor with their arse again, as I don't like being insulted.

But true, they should show some sort of humility after the 20th time eating dirt.
