Well, you shouldnt of started too earl,y not enough men. also how much right to rule do you have? atleast have 30 or more, I have 42. the more you have the less people will attack you. next part is to travel accroos the land looking for a weak castle and take mit, then a tab will come up were you make your own faction, appoint a council, and there you go. YOUR OWN KINGDOM!

(BTW That isnt a Very Detailed guide so your better off finding a more detailed one, )
