I'd like to suggest a health regeneration feature. Nothing crazy, maybe just like 1 hp every 5 seconds or something. I hate getting shot in the face with a crossbow at the beginning of a 30 minute siege and having to "play it safe" the entire rest of the battle because i'm stuck at 14 health  Maybe you can even implement it with the First Aid skill, regenerating quicker the higher your skill is or something of that sort.
