  1. Small Request for Sturgia

I don't think he ever asked for less villages, just more regular troops and less noble recruits.
The point is that non-noble troops come from towns and town bound villages. Since most Sturgian towns have only two villages, this leads to less available non-noble troops. This is especially felt in the war torn area between Varcheg and Omor. There are 4 Sturgian castles around here (including nevyansk, kranirog, Mazhadan, and ov), but only Varcheg and Omor with two villages each. And going towards Balgard you reach Takor castle villlages before Balgard villages. And Revyl is far away.
  2. Crossdressing in Calradia [ Battanian Edition ]

Yeah. Add on the fact that there is a bug/undocumented feature that makes it impossible to negotiate marriages while leading an army. I was walking around trying to find someone to marry my son and no one was interested. Maybe they knew something about him that I didn’t.
  3. Crossdressing in Calradia [ Battanian Edition ]

In my first play through, when my heir showed up after coming of age, he was sporting a full-on noble dress. During his upbringing, there was an episode at the 16 year skill allocation where he randomly rolled getting a focus point and 5 skill points in roguery. The flavor text was that something happened while he was traveling, but none of his traveling companions would talk about it.

I was wondering if they were connected.
  4. Final Charm Perk 'Immortal Charm' doesn't work with companions and I think it probably should

You don't need 10 attribute points placed in Social. Three attribute points is equivalent to one focus point, so you either need 5 focus points and 7 attribute points or 4 focus points and 10 attribute points to get above 275 in any given skill.
That's to get to 275. I'm talking about getting to 330 so that you get 13 influence per day (at least pre 1.2).

What I'm saying is that it's hard to get to 330, but at least it used to give you tons of influence. Now, it's still hard to get to 330, but practically useless. Getting to 275 is still the same difficulty, but the benefit for doing so is also still the same.
  5. Final Charm Perk 'Immortal Charm' doesn't work with companions and I think it probably should

Not as of Beta 1.2.1. The perk has been reworked to only grant 5 with no increases whatsoever. Whether or not you grind charm up past 275 makes no difference, hence why I attempted to get a clan member to 275 charm, so that I could double the influence bonus.
Really? That seems like an unnecessary change. You still need 10 social and a lot of time to get there. And by that time it’s likely that extra influence is useless. Now there is basically no reason to get charm above 275 since the base bonus isn’t amazing anyways.
  6. More than one companion going into settlements

Can’t you just ask the companion who is following you to gather everyone? I thought that works in Vanilla. They are all in the settlement. They just aren’t all following you.
  7. Final Charm Perk 'Immortal Charm' doesn't work with companions and I think it probably should

Well, it's working as intended. If you want more influence per day, you can get up to 13 by grinding your main character up to 330 charm.
  8. NPC Relation Score What Does it Affect?

Clan relation can get cheaper marriages or defections, other than that it's useless. They say if notables like you they will offer higher troops execpt they do that anyway, I routinely recruit tier 3 and 4 without worry about relationship at all
It’s not that they necessarily offer higher tier troops. They give you access to more columns of recruitment. There are also some perks that give you some access, but it still makes a difference. Columns to the right are more likely to have high tier troops because other lords are less likely to have access to them. But high tier troops can even appear all the way to the left if no one is recruiting from that notable for a while.

This is also mostly only relevant on bannerlord difficulty since the lower difficulty also unlocks more recruitment columns by default.
  9. What are Traits for?

I have a compainion with the cruel trait. When she is a partyleader and in my army taking a settlement. If i use show mercy. She leaves. Can´t find a way around it.
    Havent noticed that before.
She leaves? As in the party leaves your army? Or the companion leaves your service?

One of the effects is definitely that showing mercy on a town reduces relationship with cruel party leaders in your army, but increases relationship with merciful party leaders in your army. Devastating a town you have taken has the opposite effects on relationships with cruel or merciful party leaders in your army. Pillage seems to have no effect.

It’s generally straightforward to increase relationship with noble clans in your kingdom. But increasing relationship with your companions is more difficult (ie. you have few opportunities to do so). This means that you often have near zero relationship with your companions and showing mercy a single time might result in the relationship going far enough negative for other effects to occur. But I am not sure what those effects are.
  10. The limbo of independent clan fief ownership

Problem with ignoring it is AI clans can be independent and in control of towns.
But how often does this really become a problem? The only time I see independent clans controlling towns is rebel clans. They don't ever seem to expand. And they are generally speaking at war with the original owner kingdom of the town. Eventually they either get reconquered by the original owner or they join some other kingdom and the problem is solved.

And if you want to conquer them, you can declare war on them if you are the monarch (or an independent clan yourself). The only time you can't declare war on them is if you are a vassal or mercenary of an existing kingdom. And that seems pretty normal. You can't start wars when you aren't the sovereign.

And the AI controlled independent clans will still declare war on other kingdoms.
  11. Benefit of using single hand axe? compared with single hand sword?

There are a few perks that apply only to aces and maces, but mostly axes are just worse. If you are going one handed plus shield, your top choice will pretty much always be a sword, I think. Unless there is something else that is not captured in the stats. Bonus against shields isn’t really much since you aren’t usually trying to hack through a shield anyways.
  12. Did They Change Marriage?

It’s a bit of a weird undocumented interaction. Not sure if it is intentional. If it is, they should at least acknowledge it in the dialog. ie. the marriage dialog options should still be there but if you click on them the conversation partner says they don’t want to discuss it because you are leading an army. It would be a bit janky, but better than the option just inexplicably disappearing.
  13. The limbo of independent clan fief ownership

Frankly, it's an exploit. It should be closed, but if you don't like it just don't use it.
  14. Can someone explain party salery so this makes sence?

Did you just create the party? After creating a party, it will need to acquire supplies (food mostly). The details are fuzzy, but it will need to spend money to do that. Also, if the party is travelling around and has open troop cap and the wage is unlimited (as it is in your screenshot), the party leader will recruit available troops when he comes across them. I believe this also shows up as a party expense. Basically, there are other expenses besides wages. Of course, your parties can also generate income from spoils in battle, raids, etc. I would expect that the cost from the party will go down soon. What you see is a temporary blip based on startup costs. If it doesn't change soon, I don't know what is going on.

The party wage is 316 as shown in the clan screen which is in line with the description of the party that you provided.
  15. Did They Change Marriage?

Are you leading an army? I have found that marriage options are not available when I am leading an army.
  16. Is it really impossible to recruit lords that do not belong to a kingdom?

Mainly this has to do with lords from rebel clans. They often have no kingdom and the player doesn’t seem to be able to recruit them. But they are able to join other kingdoms sometimes.
  17. Is it really impossible to recruit lords that do not belong to a kingdom?

Yeah they do, but sometimes they stick around for long time and IME they are cheap to recruit (like less then 20K) so I felt I might as well do it anyways.
That was my thought too until the third one decided to take its fiefs with it when it defected.
  18. Getting tired of no-win situations,

An alternate solution is to never declare peace. It takes a long time, but they will eventually go bankrupt so long as you don’t pay them tribute. Once they go bankrupt, they still exist but don’t have any parties to speak of.
  19. Is it really impossible to recruit lords that do not belong to a kingdom?

Yes it seems to be so and I agree it's a problem. This also applies to rebel clans that have survived 30 days but haven't joined a faction yet.
However there is a bug that lets you recruit mercenary clans from your prisoner dialogue as if they were normal clans, I wonder if this bug will work with non-allied clans too. Haven't tried it.
It seems that if you do recruit mercenary clans from the prisoner dialog, they have a much higher chance to defect than normal clans. I recruited 3 mercenary clans from the prisoner dialog and they all defected, while none of the 30+ normal clans that I recruited ever defected.
  20. Best trading routes?

    Thank you for your feedback
I have created a list of what considered "cheap value" for goods, correct me if I am wrong
So if price below this amount, it's considered cheap, and I should buy it.

    cheese, butter, grapes < 15
    tools < 80
    fur < 30
    wool, woods, < 30
    grains < 7

velvet, jewelry is very low volume so I can't really find much profit from it.
I think you can go up to 20 on cheese butter and grapes and still make a profit. I think you’re missing a zero on fur, but I usually wait for it to get closer to 200 before I buy. For wool, flax, clay, and wood I won’t buy until it’s below 20 and it can be found below 10. It will be hard to make money buying at 30. I would add that pottery is good if you can buy for under 100.
