    Higher wpf = more damage and speed, also, you hit harder with a slower weapon on the horse, more speed bonus.

    I accounted for that and tried while on foot. i still maintained more dmg. Does 100 proficiency matter that much?

    Only the reach, you lose 30-35% damage and speed when you use a bastard weapon in 1h.

    Edit: Despite being a bit short and with only 98 speed (well that's whats Morgh Tools is for :wink:) I still say the Runed Ruby is the best 1h sword. After all, having to hit the bastard in front of you only once with a slower hit is a lot quicker than having to hit twice or more with quick hit.

    Yes, i've seen these weapons as well. the bastard sword is very OP and is one of the best, if not the best, runed 1h in the game. i also encountered a runed silvered axe, tho its stats leave quite a bit to be desired for its (20k i think) price

    i never found the point of buying businesses cuz you dont get your money back until like 20 weeks later. But maybe thats better in the long run

    I always joint one very early and i always used mercs for the first couple weeks just to get the renown to join a faction.

    Might be you can only recruit from a faction you've joint.

    Would make sense since it prevents you from taking swadian knights nord infantry and vaegir archers and force's you to pick carefully.
