  1. Has anyone found the Ulfberht sword?

    Can I win that fight? I've been playing around attempting to build up my revenue streams before going to the ship. I have a farm in most of the towns now. I have enough renown currently to have a 300 army force. Once I get my boats built I can start building and training a massive army training it on the starting faction that decided to declare war on me.

    If I can potentially win it I would love to. If not I may just run into it with just a single boat load of troops.
  2. Abused Personal Guards

    I suppose that is an option but I'm terrible at balance I do all of one thing or another and generally ignore what's not of that until it is time to play that way. To be fair it would probably help me to learn to play the game better as I can take on two people but once I get to 3 (armored guys that don't die in one or two hits) I'm unable to kite them well enough to only have to block 1 of them and I get overwhelmed.
    Makes me want to avoid thieves' guilds or just send in a legion to cordon off and slaughter the inhabitants.
  3. Inventory Management => Teamstering

    When I think of Inventory Management I think of some one knowing how to fold their socks the right way to fit all their stuff into a suit case. (a valuable skill no doubt but insufficient to the task of looting/trading) In my thought the player could increase this skill that would allow them to...
  4. [DISCUSSION] Fan Suggestion Thread

    I would love it if intelligence and charisma would allow me to have body guards when I get ambushed in town or have more troops when assaulting a thieves' guild. My character has no combat skills of his own and though I enjoy playing a trader/leader/slaver I don't like that once I get strong enough to fight lords in the open field I'm unable to approach hide outs.

    I'd also appreciate it if I could see knights and squires in the Troop Tree reports. I learned that the Squires for the Ebon Gauntlet have blunt weapons which is nice because everyone dies so easily in this game. (Especially those darn elves whom I want to be friends with even if the Ebon Gauntlet doesn't like them and a Qualas Gem for the lesser orders seems kinda expensive when I could Join the Order of the Dawn or the Lions and form an order for just some coin.
  5. Abused Personal Guards

    I really love the game but I've been playing an intelligence/charisma leader. As I level up the number of attackers increases but my combat skills don't. I'd like to see if we could add a small contingent of guards based on our intelligence/charisma and have everyone's attackers strengthen. I...
