Link worked after I changed "http" into "https". Don't know, how the "s" got missing... Savegame works perfect, have to get used to the new look of my charakter though  thanks a lot for the efford

I just started RE and don't know, if this has been reported so far...

wanted to start an old save game and had an instant CTD during the loading of the game with following message:

RGL ERROR
Unable to position party Masterless Men at (211.86, 424.96)


Tried it several times with same effect.... Hope this helps. But maybe I misread some information about RE being save game compatible...
Starting a new game works perfect.... and looks nice so far.... but just at Doccinga again... 

Yeah... finaly non-STEAMers get their hands on this....

Isn't there any posibility that non-Steam-users can play the beta as well??? Would have some days to play, try and test now... but I don't want to sign up for Steam... I am feeling a little bit excluded here...     

don't take the crying too seriously... will probably survive... but would love to try the beta...

oh yes... takes you up to two hours to bring a few of those ones down....

I think 10,60-something Euros are not to much to spend (price on the TW-Website), especially since this is not a major developer like EA or so... Support these guys or play stuff like Battlefield for the rest of your life... no offence... ( I like to play Blockbuster too from time to time but I would always support indipendent developers...)

Very good idea...

I think it is to hard...
I managed the battle only at around 300 in game days AND after I aborted the battle once with CTRL+ALT+DEL and hiring more high tier troops. First time my 130 or so troops got killed in no time even though I was usually able to fight off up to 250 enemies in normal battles. I also got the Troll's axe which enabled me to kill a lot of Sven's men. Still, it was to hard and I managed it only after I hired around 200 quite well trained troops (like veterans, svear warriors and so on...).
And I agree... freeing your mom should be your first task. But if I had done so, I would never have been able to raise my 200 high level soldiers...

Even though off-Topic: especially the first verse means "Germany above everything in the world" which was kind of the thinking that brought up WWII. Historicaly it meant, that the people in Germany wanted to be reunited after all the messing of Napoleon (and other european nations not wanting the biggest nation in Europe to be united) with the HRRDN (holy roman empire of german nation). But since the 3rd Reich the first verses have some negative conotations...

Sounds a bit sinister, doesn`t it? The next thing that comes up, is the odd discussion of raping villagers, which was discussed somewhere in the Brytenwalda thread. I don't want a torture or raping mini game (even though it might be historicaly accurate)... just horrible!

I hope the beta will not only be for Steam users though

And I know, that this song is much older than 70 years, coming out of the reunification wars, but since this time 70 years ago the first two verses have kind of negative aftertaste...

I rememer so many people doing the Brytenwalda-Team bashing after the VC release. Having played Brytenwalda I always trusted these guys to develop a great DLC. I love VC so far and the new content will shurely enhance the gameplay.

Sadly I had saved it by accident after the quest was cancelled...    but thanks for the reply... will just start another character... there are worse things in live than a lost savegame... 

The "Deliver cattle quest" in Aescesdun seems not to be fixed... It somehow disappeared or was cancelled... don't know why... now I am stuck and have no save game sadly 

Other Little bugs in 1.02:
- heads of decapitated people stay in the air
- there are some big blue "?" in the Middlesburh Scene
- the Merchant in Aescesdun is half hidden in a house
- sea travelling seems fine now, but you can't enter loads of normal country. So sometimes you get stuck in a town where you stayed over night cause you don't find a single "valid" part of the surrounding countryside to end your rest... took me a day to leave Brycheiniog 
- some of my soldiers still try to suicide themselves in some sea battles... even my character does it sometimes... I just start three meters away from my ship... not in every battle though...
